Vale do Zêzere Hotel

The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly, gracious as a host, and personable. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with all the necessities. There was even a tea kettle and cups and tea choices in the common area. The breakfast was a very generous buffet of continental offerings, including fruit, breads, yogurt, cheeses, jams and nuts. The parking was right in front of the hotel, whose location is close to downtown and not far from the hot springs and from several trail heads. Also, very close to a small supermarket!

I would have appreciated if there were plant-based milk available at the breakfast.

The woman who ran the place was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the view was great, and the location was right at the trailhead for a good hike. There were good restaurants nearby and a supermarket right across the road.

There was no coffee in the room.

When we arrived no one was there and we had to wait a little bit after we called. There was molt in the bathroom and the room was very basic, small tv, bed was ok. We were also a little bit disappointed with the breakfast, we needed to ask for all. The whole hotel was very cold, but the heater worked ..The pictures promised more than we got

Comfortable and spacious room with a tiny nice balcony. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious. But the best part was the staff, always helpful and friendly, they really made our visit relaxing and delightful. Thanks for everything!

Lovely hotel - clean, spacious and comfortable, with ample parking for a group of motorcycles. Extremely friendly and accommodating hosts. Very good breakfast. Perfect location for continuing our journey the next day over the hills to Covilha and beyond.
