Great location

Thin walls, very loud talking late at night. Improve amenities (ie. one tiny bar of soap)

Friendly and understanding staff - many thanks to the receptionist! Very comfortable room and entry system. We were also very pleased with the breakfast, which we took additionally. The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, will definitely come here again

A fantastic location, right in the centre of the historic town with lots of bars and restaurants. There was a great choice of breakfast and the room was functional. There was also space under the hotel for parking, although we cycled and parked our bikes in a secure area, which was really great.

There was nothing particular that we didn't like, the rooms were functional but old style.

Arcos Hotel is inside the fortress city of Ciudad Rodrigo near the Cathedral. Has its own market store. Room is perfect for 4 people in family. Good wifi connection near the door. Good amenities. Parking the car free only outside the fortress, but in a parking space and close by in a walking distance.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Good space with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Great value for money. In the old town so perfect position.

Excellent central location, convenient garage (but very narrow entrance requiring good driving skills), very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful view (from our room with balcony), clean room (appreciate the stone floor rather than fitted carpets!) and good breakfast buffet.

Not much to complain about but the walls seem rather thin so when guests arrived in neighbouring rooms we could hear conversations pretty well while noise from showering and the bathroom fans also came through…

It is a very comfortable hotel in a historic and pretty small city. Everything is within a very short walking distance , from the hotel and it is a safe family friendly city to be in.

Very pleased, great location and exceeding our expectations. Will return and recommend.

Mosquitos, we should have kept the windows shut and used the air conditioning.

Nice staff, cute place, as central as it gets.

The AC coldest temperature is 25. Would love to at least put it down to 23 when it's so hot outside.

Stayed 30 mins and left due to bad wifi and beds.

Wifi did not work i needed it for a call. Beds are uncomfortable. I left after 30 minutes because it wasn’t good enough and still had to pay for the room and parking. Staff didn’t even ask why i was leaving.

Good place, right in old city center. AC was working. Good coffee in lobby.

Room was tiny. Window to the small shaft of inner patio. Heard tv of my neighbours.
