We had such an amazing stay! The hotel is located in a calm area with an own beach access and it is clean. The food variation is delicious and the staff is just amazing! We felt welcome from the start and had a gorgeous time.We will come back :)

Being Americans and not speaking Turkish, many of the staff spoke some English. In fact, they liked to practice with us! The property is beautiful! Definitely up to American standards. I love the access to the beach. The pool is inviting. The buffet is yummy. Nothing to criticize. I wish we spent one more day here.

It was a nice boutique hotel, we stayed for 3 nights, and enjoyed very much! Would recommend stay 5-7 nights, and you can explore around the south of Turkey.1. Staff: all the hotel staff are friendly, helpful and hospitality. We feel very welcome.2.food: it is an All Inclusive hotel, and i find the food &drinks selection are plenty. Food are delicious! Definitely good value for money. 3. View: beach front located, you will have a very nice peaceful sea view from the balcony.4.Spa: the most surprised part. They have a lovely spa with therapist from Indonesia. The Spa Manager Jami is a great sales :). We have tried the honeymoon package, which included Turkish Hamman + Balinese massage, total experience around 2 hours. Also you can enjoy the massage in the outdoor tent, which is lovely to experience. Overall very nice experience, and relaxed.We really had a good time with Sentido, and recommend to everyone who want to explore the south of Turkey. It gives you a difference experience compare to the North.However, you need to rent a car for the convenience, as it is about 40min driving from the Bodrum city centre.

Although the beach area is not that big, there is sand and the water is very clear. It is difficult to find a sandy beach in Bodrum, so this is a big plus for this hotel. Staff are friendly, the facilities are great, food is tasty and evening entertainment was quite impressive!

- Not all staff could speak English;- We (4 people) were offered to get our breakfast boxes upon checking out, as we had to depart very early. Unfortunately, the hotel staff forgot about this request;- We booked a transfer from the hotel to the bus station. We were picked up by one A-class car with a small trunk (4 people + 3 luggage). Obviously one luggage bag could not fit in the trunk, and since we were short on time, we had no other choice but to hold 20+ kg bag on our laps in the back seats of the car. It was a clear miscalculation of the hotel staff..- When we just checked in, we realized that the floors in the rooms were stained with sand. We asked for room service and the issue was solved.

location, my room gets noisy sounds from above flor because of chairs of restaurants, limited kind of food , some of food was not closed ,so there are so many insects on it, the bed wasn’t comfortable at all, the management should think about bids of rooms

A very nice stay at Sentido hotel. Very kind staff, excellent room service, outstanding breakfast, lunch and dinner and Breathtaking view and nice beach area! Some suggestions about improving the concept.Arrange a barbecue once a week at the beach insted of a la carte dinner on a windy balcony.Extend the information in english at the hotel concerning what’s included, how you take the bus to Bodrum, excutcions, laundry and other ”nice to know” or FAQIf there is a theme for the night, why not make more focus on it.

Do not take into consideration the wonderful pictures of the beach … it is a small beach where you need to walk through terrible renovation buildings.. the beach is next to very ugly buildings too. the hotel has 2 ok swimming pools and a nice view but that’s it ! we did not have hot water so they changed us the room and we still did not have any hot water !!! apparently it is coming very often! the service is very very bad. no one speaks English … except 1 manager.we have left the hotel before our stay and stayed in Radisson resort which is great !!i strongly NOT recommend this terrible terrible hotel. the food is also disgusting ..lots of choice but very cheap.

Very helpful staff who know how to deal with kids. The entertainment was quite OK. The view from the hotel rooms was also good. Although the beach is small, it is quite well kept.

Although the breakfast was pretty good, the quality of the food for dinner is sub par. The range of the food that was served is perhaps too large, more focus can improve quality. The music can be heard from rooms during the night time pool-side parties.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The pool area was very nice, but the water was too cold for swimming. We appreciated that it was possible to get a pizza snack at the beach bar and also enjoyed the ice cream stand by the pool.

The breakfast could have been better - the only freshly (on the spot) cooked eggs were sunny side up. I tried the pre-cooked milky scrambled eggs but it was not tasty or appealing. Only Jacobs coffee was available at breakfast, which was very disappointing. The overall quality of the breakfast was out of place in such an otherwise very nice hotel.

Food was good, and location was very beautiful.

We experienced an unpleasant encounter with the Quality Control Manager who behaved in an unhinged manner and escalated the altercation. This did not reflect the hotel quality and reputation. I advise the hotel staff to improve on welcoming guests in a more professional way.

Our over a week stay was generally good. We really liked the interior design of the hotel, the view from the restaurant and friendliness of staff. The restaurant food was great, the deserts were top notch!Snacks during the day was also good although the drinks were limited, and the bar team was super friendly! We enjoyed the view from the hotel as well as on the beach. The welcome desk was also helpful and friendly! We also enjoyed the entertainments.

The beach was a bit smaller than we expected which was still fine.The pool was cold, it could use some heating.The room had cleaning problems when we arrived, but the hotel was so quick to fix it!Finally, one staff member from the animation team was really rude and publicly and loudly bad mouthing some guests out of no reason. So unprofessional, the hotel management team could teach some professionalism to those.

everything was more than perfect! the food specially was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful special thanks to Erçan and Dyadeen, they were very nice to us. Also thanks to guest relations, they arranged for us a special dinner when they knew we’re on our honeymoon
