Excellent location with great service and access to beach

Such a nice resort, all staff members are kind and welcoming, especially at the beach and the restaurant. Hotel is super clean.

Gundogan is one of the prime locations in Bodrum and this hotel has its own beach which is a big advantage. Staff has been very kind, rooms are spacious, pool is very nicely done and the breakfast was great. Definitely highly recommended.

Shout out to the lady for making the best omelette in the morning, and everyone who works there to make an amazing time. I got what i expected, friendly ( female) staff and very helpful.

Rooms are large enough and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beach & pool facilities are fantastic. Breakfasts are to die for. Great spot to spend the day in a comfortable way , everything you need is easily available.

Breakfast options were limited considering that Turkish breakfast is full of varieties. WiFi was on the slower side if you are working from there, but the concierge and technician were attentive and helpful to resolve any sort of issue.

The hotel’s located in a quiet and cozy neighbourhood, with a couple of fish restaurants and cafes at the beach. Parking available right on site, which was very convenient. The lady at reception was very kind and helpful.

In general, it’s not worth the price; 40-50€ per night, tops. The room is very parsimonious furnished; the bathroom gets flooded every time after using the shower; the towels are old and turned yellow. The cleaning was quite poor - there were stains on the bed sheet, not sure if they’ve even changed it :( Even WORSE, we found once our door left half open after the housekeeping… luckily, it did not cause any loss.

We had a warm welcome at reception and were upgraded to a suite room with a large balcony overlooking the pool. We guess because it was end of season and the hotel was quiet. The hotel and pool area were beautiful and we particularly enjoyed the sun deck at the waters edge.Buffet breakfast was great with plenty of choice.We were given a late check out until 3pm.

Nothing just that we didn't stay long enough!!

Not worth the money, needs a serious revamp!

The hotel is in dire need of a revamp. The spa is not exactly a spa, either is the gym both very mediocre. The walls in our room were literally crumbling and the shower was leaking our entire stay, it was even coming through the floorboards. The buffet breakfast spread is the WORST I’ve ever witnessed, there is nothing for vegetarians or vegans. It was so basic. As a whole the hotel just lacked any atmosphere and was slightly depressing.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We felt really comfortable. Everything is very clean and beautifully put together. I really have nothing negative to say

this is our second stay there, it's a must in any turkey trip. we are becoming a super loyal guests. the beach staff and the reception staff are so friendly and helpful and willing to help always. such a nice peaceful stay, food is great, rooms are super clean. they were kind enough to even upgrade our room without us even asking.

a stronger wifi in rooms will always be appreciated. other than that PERFECT

1. Hotel was booked under ‘Pay at the property’ but they have tried to deduct the full amount 2 days before arrival. Also, they kept on sending warning emails that the booking may be cancelled which was very disappointing.2. When I reached the hotel, the staff tried to charge me more with dollars, luckily my card had the exact amount mentioned in booking. This was very unprofessional. It seems this hotel charges the full amount prior to your arrival as another guest in the hotel told me the exact same thing.3. The towels in the bathroom were overused and looked bad. Felt very hesitant to use them.4. Air conditioning control was not working, whenever I tried to change the temperature or increase/decrease it would not work.5. The worst part was the blankets. This hotel does not have proper blankets. The blankets were like towels. I have attached photos for clearer image of what the blankets look like. Its a resort the bed sheets, pillows and blankets should be decent.6. In the description in booking, it was mentioned that the room had partial sea view. My room had a very bad view but if you come out to the balcony and bend over the balcony you could see the partial sea view they mentioned. Deceiving much?7. Finally, one incident occurred and i was extremely disappointed. I had requested for an iron which was given to me. The iron was in the room and we had a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door. Few hours later, we noticed that the iron went missing which means regardless of the ‘ do not disturb’ sign, someone from the staff has entered our room and had taken the iron back. The issue with this was when we have the sign out it means we do not want anyone to enter the room as we have our belongings there. What is something went missing from our belongings?? Who would be responsible for that? The hotel staff should have informed us that they need the iron back after usage but they didnt, they instead entered the room and took the iron.

The lobby

The staff was rude, spoke no English, absolutely no one. They only have one iron for the entire hotel. Breakfast was bad, no options, not tasty, no milk alternative options. My shower had hairs from previous guest.

The area not bad

Most of the staff are not speaking EnglishThe hotel very very old and many things were broken in the room, the service was really bad expect one employee at the reception ( Peri) as she was really supportive but unfortunately the hotel doesn't have a good service even they are not able to provide a tissue.The room very small and i booked for a partially sea view but in fact it's not.

So friendly and helpful staff. Made life so easier. Pelin Hanim was so kind to upgrade our room as a result of some issues with currency. And kitchen helped so quickly to my mums dietary needs. Beach part was excellent. The music choices and the decibel they played so good as there was no sound pollution which is a big problem in so many other premises.

The only issue was the currency change but it’s nothing to do with the hotel I guess.
