Too many people smoked in too many places. It should be restricted.

Nice pools on the beach plenty of sunbeds. WiFi was good. The inside of the room was good. We tended to use the snack bar at lunch time rather than the restaurant this was mainly the sane things each day but wecalways found something to eat with salad. We ate out every evening

We have been here before as a family last year and in the most everything was great. Going as a couple this year we were in the annex. This is advertised as having a balcony (not a juliette) so we couldn't sit out together. It also said a view - this was overlooking the main road. The public toilets near the pool were a disgrace daily and this was mentioned to staff, totally unusable. We also had a problem with the safe from day one, we asked at reception four times for domeone to open it so we could use it. Each time we were told someone will be there in 10 minutes each time hours later nobody came so we gave up.

The only thing good about the property is the beach was sand which is based on the location.The waiter from the restaurant Mert and Emircan by the beach staff along with Tugba from guest services were helpful.The rooms have balcony and some sees the water.

The room floors are stained with foot prints.The nightstands are stained.The air conditioner was making a sound like there was a truck inside the room and was not cooling fast. The technician came two days after and said they couldnt fix it so we had to change rooms.The property is EXTREMELY old and nothing has been renewed.I got stuck on the elevator and the alarm was not working.The staff is willing to help you only if you tip them.There are zero beach beds available due to people leaving their towels on them possibly from the night before.The food is really unacceptable. We stayed 6 nights and the food was the same thing every single day for breakfast lunch and dinner. The snacks are also the same frozen meat burgers and fries.The alcohol is no brand. The taste is weird.The guest services associate Tugba tried to remove stains and help but it was not even her job.The safe inside cabinets had no batteries also had to wait for someone to prepare it when all of this should have been done before we arrived.The entertainment did not meet expectations it was very dull even though it was a special holiday.The management team really needs to upgrade because this hotel is surrounded by really good hotels.The bathroom door knob came out as I tried to exit and thankfully I was able to get out and fix it myself.The beach bar had no ice and soda bar had no soda- the machine was broken for our entire stay.The hotel is not clean, I had to wipe and clean myself the entire room.The only fruits served were watermelon and cantaloupe the entire stay.You have to pay extra 50TL for freshly squeezed orange juice although everything is all inclusive.The massage package was sold to us each for 1000TL and the next day to out friends for 800TL. It is a shame how they manage to think the guests will not find out how they change prices.I wish I took all the comments more seriously before booking at this hotel. The pictures are real and comments are true.

We are coming to this hotel second year in the row and it is pretty good comparing the price and quality. We were very surprised that management of hotel together with booking service upgraded our room once we arrived. Thanks a lot for all personal for good holiday and separate thanks to the manager Fuat for cooperation. Thank you and hope to see you next year

All inclusive so you dont need to think about the prices Good value for your money

My flight was at 9pm so I asked the staff to stay in the facility until 6pm but they said I have to leave latest 3pm. When I asked why, they said this is the rule but if I want to stay until 6pm I can pay 100eur and use the room too although I never asked for the room. So I think it was not a nice attitude, they should give a better explanation for the rules they set. The hotel overall looks a bit old, but this is why its cheaper than the other places around

It was horrible! Ill make it very short: this hotel is the dirtiest, filthiest and trashiest hotel Ive ever stayed at. They didnt clean my room in the whole 4 days I had to stay there, only made the bed and not even even changed the sheets. The shower was mouldy, the whole hotel had a weird smell, the food was all some made up kinda dish and the pool and pool bar was also the bare minimum of hygiene.

Literally nothing. Only the manager Fuat was very nice and sincerely let us check out the next day and return the full price for the rest days. Big thanks Fuat!

Literally everything!!! The hotel is dirty as hell! The carpets on the hallway was never changed I believe since the hotel was built, and it was disgusting to see the nastiness and even walk on them! The room has a foul and cigarette smell! impossible to sleep without the AC which is right up the bed which makes you hard to fall asleep! The bed linen is filthy, like they didnt wash them, and a meter long hair were on the bed linen! Seems they werent even bothered to wipe the floor before we checked in. The bathroom is old, no warm water, and the filter works like a tractor on the field, that you cant even loose the stool peacefully. The towels Im sure were bought in 16th century and used 3 million times. They dont even absorb water anymore! The food feels like they were gone 3 days ago and its not anymore safe to eat them. I drank only water. The beach is very small, and my group could have a bit fun at the pool. Thats it. The staff doesnt speak English. They dont even try to solve your issues, which they should have before I checked in as a 4 star hotel!!

It was perfect for our family holiday. In total there was 24 of us of different age ranges and everyone loved it here. The staff were so friendly, the food was nice, they had loads of things that was keeping everyone busy.

The property was good. Perfect location and the food was excellent.

There should have been more water slides.

ONLY the best thing was Fuat Bey in this place. He made out stay pleasant as much as possible.If he wasnt there we could leave next day. He has excellent customer service knowledge. In my opinion this place has to keep him no matter what. Fuat bey thanks again for everything.

Dirty Dirty Dirty we were there 5 nights so called they clean the room everywhere was covered with dust. Cleaners are very young guys I am sure never had cleaning experience they dont even know how to clean. This place all inclusive day in day out same exact food . They use only Turkey meat and they tag them as lamb that was the stupid dirty cheating I ever saw in my entire travel experience. Drinks were diluted and only gin and vodka nothing else. We got our own bottles to enjoy. But again barmens and waiters were so polite so friendly and courteous. There was water poodle at the reception area I slept and fall they didnt even gave me accident report they called there EMT she looked ask me if I want to go to hospital I declined the offer but ask for accident report they declined and didnt give me one.

Unexperienced & negative staff. Exaggerating closing hours and almost firing guests from restaurant. Not suitable for disabled people. Old carpets, towels, sanitary wares and furniture. Smell of cigarette. Dangerously uneven step height from -4 Floor staircase to restaurant. Noisy Air Conditioner.

Just stayed for a night on a last minute ferry cancellation. Fuat at the reception was really helpful and the kids liked the slides

Nothing much

First off, We were told to pay for our entire stay at the moment of Arrival which was a bit forceful considering the fact that it is a 4 star hotel.For a 4 star hotel, things like the service staff to the reception staff (especially a man named Czengis) were quite literally rude at every step of the stay for reasons unknown and we were a group of 6 staying at the junior suite which was 186 pounds per person. No one other than the manager at the front desk whom we met on the last day was friendly to us.When it came to food, I have NEVER, i repeat NEVER HAD A WORSE BUFFET in my LIFE! It is understandable that it was an all inclusive resort and we were given 3 meals a day but, for this price and a 4 star hotel the Quality of food was beyond poor and in some cases inedible for vegetarians. At some of our meals the 2 or 3 things that were edible got over before the closing time leaving us hungry. The least a hotel of this stature can do is provide good food for its visitorsDuring our 3 night stay, our rooms weren't even cleaned once and the one day they tried to, they barged into our room in the morning at 10 while we were sleeping and started cleaning and for the other room when my friends told to them to come an hour later they didn't even show up for the rest of the trip.For a busy hotel with a lot of visitors, almost 70% of the staff did not speak basic English to communicate which was frustrating as International tourists who came in with alot of expectations to enjoy BODRUM.The hotel also had scammers in house trying to lure people into all kinds of schemes especially their massage.
