Baia Bodrum Hotel

We were given the best room in the hotel, amazing view and very spacious suite. The sea water was crystal clear and no waves. It was end of the season, I don’t know how’s the price in the high season but it was a great value for us. Food is better than expected. Some people may like the sandy beach, this hotel is not offering sandy beaches

The staff is super friendly, the rooms are very spacious and the sea view is unobstructed. The all inclusive food buffet is fresh and constantly renewed. A special shout out to the Patisserie Chef, the baked goods and desserts were top notch!

We were there pre-season, which was great because the resort was not busy and it was easy to find seats at the pool and by the sea. The restaurant also wasn't busy, making it enjoyable. The music at the pool was nice during the day, and the pier is also great. The room had a Nespresso machine which was a nice touch. The view is lovely and the hotel overall is welcoming and pleasant.

When the hotel gets busy it is hard to find a seat at the pool. The restaurant also gets very crowded. The food can definitely be improved. Majority of the staff don't speak English, so it can be difficult to communicate if you don't speak Turkish. The hotel itself, overall, feels more like a 4-star rather than a 5-star as parts of the hotel are dated. The showers, bathrooms, and changing rooms on the resort (outside of the rooms) are poorly maintained. But it is still a good hotel and I would still recommend it.

Everything was perfect. The staff, the room, the view, the variety of food and beverages. We will definitely come back ! Special thanks to the restauration staff, they were all very kind and caring. Special thanks to Ata, Zeynep and Numan, to the room keepers and the reception staff. Everyone was really kind and made their possible to make our vacation very comfortable.

The property is massive with a lot of activities and facilities. The private beach is quite pretty and clean.I especially liked the staff who were very prompt to serve and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend Baia if you are visiting Bodrum!

Good food, good location

Sea has some many algeas, and not sandy beach. It has a lot of rocks. Staff is especially during food service is bad. Also people leave stuff on tables, chairs for holding purposes that is really bad

We liked the hotel's location and amenities. It's nice to have food and beverage service in different areas. For example, when you are on the pier, you can use the bar in the middle of the pier to get a drink, or there are many options by the sea for snacks. You don't have to go up to the main restaurant. The mini aquapark for children is a lot of fun, and it's great that there is an activity for kids at all times of the day. The size of the rooms is also very nice; we used both an extra bed and a crib, and it was perfectly sufficient. It's a good thing that the lobby bar is open 24 hours.

There are some things that need improvement when it comes to food. I don't blame the staff because I think they are doing their best and offering an incredible variety. However, I believe there is a quality issue with the products the hotel sources. For example, I would have expected the meats at dinner to be tender, but most of them were sinewy and tough. Also, the syrupy desserts have a sharp taste that burns the throat. I think the hotel excels in baked goods because the freshly baked pides in the evening were delicious, but I can't say the same for the other dishes. It would be better to reduce the variety and enhance the flavor by using higher quality ingredients.

Trip was planned to visit friends who live in the area but they were not allowed to access the property.Employees could be seen on their personal mobile phones and eating and drinking in clear view of the guests

The location, the facilities, the food, the staff and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. You have a doctor on the premises and also a small store Incase you forget your toothpaste like me. The little island deck was stunning. The door man was extremely helpful even through the language barrier. Parking free, I just can’t wait to go back.

Everything was perfect. The food, staff amd rooms was perfect. The rooms have an amazing views to the bay. Thrre were a different live music organizations every evening especially Greek Night was amazing. It was the place we would want to stay when we came to Bodrum.

Reception staff was nice, accommodating arranging us with taxis when needed.

We ended up not eating at the hotel at all, after having tried lunch on our first day. Never knew I could dislike a simple pasta more. It was cold, under cooked, leaving us with a huge heart burn. Hotel definitely needs a major face lift. It is super rundown, water/ rust stains in the room showers, outside, elevators with missing buttons. It is a huge facility with extreme amount of people. Staff often rude. Upon arrival, didnt have the room ready although we were an hour after the original check in time.

the hotel fulfilled our expectations as a whole package. The room was comfortable, beach area has too many sunbathing beds, different lunch alternatives, and you should try A la Carte seafood restaurant even if 1 day, they have live music starting from 7 pm. The hotel has too many stairs and sometimes it was exhausted to reach to beach from our room, just be careful while you ae booking your room..
