Excellent in every way

The hotel was immaculate and the staff was incredibly attentive. They had every single detail perfected.

The staff were genuinely friendly, the concierge team went out of their way to assist, and the rooms were clean and fresh. The pool and spa facilities were also top-notch and made for a truly relaxing stay.

The rooms are beginning to show their age and could benefit from some slight refurbishment.

Hotel Bristol is glorious! The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful and our room and an amazing view over the bay. The pool is luxurious. They are incredibly well staffed and the staff are super helpful. There is a shuttle bus into town but it is also a very pleasant walk. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in Italy.

I loved it all

Location was great with easy access to Portofino and Cinque Terre. It is also facing south with sun on the pool most of the day. Sea view was great. Cleanliness of the facilities and the bedrooms was outstanding. Breakfast was a feast. We got bespoke advice from the concierge to visit Portofino and Cinque Terre: we were able to avoid most of the crowds while walking on not so known trails with breathtaking views.

All this did not come cheap!

The air conditioning unit in the room is malfunctioning due to the hotel’s policy of not opening it from the main system, despite the relatively mild weather conditions. Consequently, the windows must be left open, which exacerbates the noise pollution emanating from the road, which is situated close to the hotel. Furthermore, the room lacks soundproofing, resulting in an incessant echo of sounds from outside. Additionally, the room’s cleanliness falls short of the 5-star standard, as dust particles are prevalent throughout the space.

We loved this hotel! The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. The welcome drink and focaccia with pesto on the terrace was a lovely touch as was the free shuttle into town. The views from the restaurant / terrace and from our room were breath taking. The spa was a great addition for a rainy morning activity - good facilities and immaculately clean.We visited out of season so sadly the roof top restaurant was closed but will hopefully be back next summer!

Poor soundproofing in the rooms and loose tiles on the bathroom floor.

Good service, good selection of breakfast, love the Prosecco welcoming drinks and in our room.

Shower in a bathtub is not convenient and dangerous. Water splashed out and wet the floor.

The staff , rooms facilities, swimming pool , services , the location and the view . Amazing place to stay .

Great breakfast, the swimming pool are was amazing to soak up the sun and staff were very kind and friendly

Very poor dinner restaurant and not much variety in the food (not 5-start at all !!).. breakfast ok and not that great and running around and barely covering the customers.. standard room has one of the smallest showers in the world ?

the hotel was beautiful, loved all the art work

we were very disappointed with the shower in the room. we felt the bathroom was badly designed with a huge sink and extremely small shower cubicle. the shower was almost unusable due to its size, position of taps and the hand held shower outlet.

The hotel is excellent in its services and the staff are very wonderful and honest, whether at the gate, the reception, or at breakfast, as well as in the spa, and they are ready to provide any type of service you request. The view is very beautiful in the breakfast restaurant.

Fantastic views and facilities ??

Bathroom was absolutely tiny - I shudder to think how anyone with a BMI on the higher side would actually fit into the shower! Shuttle bus was a good service but needs to run more frequently.
