A very poor wifi. at times outright unusable. One would say in that respect we were at the beginning of the previous decade. Was there any wifi at all back then?A meagre and unimaginative breakfast. Hardly deserving two stars, let alone four.A toilet/shower so narrow that sometimes you wished you could do your things in an airplane just to have more space.

I have to say that I'm very disappointed that this place is rated as a four-star hotel this is noteven 3 stars.the rooms are tiny the walls are ripped apart and painted in a different colors yes you got tiny little pool and a small little hot tub but by any grading this should not be four star so be aware of it

The property is located in secure area. In the middle of all the important points of interest. ALL the Staff are amazing. Clean facilities. Calm, AC. Great Bfast. Small clean pool & jacuzzi. Staff does NOT bother clients at all. Everyone respects each other. Recommend to foreigners & Locals too.

No Elevator But not needed. Easy stairs. No problem.

We ended up leaving after the first night and booking a different hotel. The room we were given was significantly smaller and less accommodating than what was shown in the photos, especially for a family of three. While we were informed we could be moved to a larger room in a couple of days, this wasn’t a feasible solution for us. The room felt cramped and dark, with an uncomfortable bed, and noise carried throughout the building, from the lobby to outside. Unfortunately, it was not the experience we were expecting or comfortable with.

The staff was the best ever. Very friendly. Elizabeth and her family provide excellent customer service. I recommend if you want a quiet stay in a safe neighborhood.

Soap bars could be larger. Jacuzzi needs time to heat up. Breakfast selections could be better even if it is additional cost.

Everything was great! Even the hostess knocked on my door to make sure I was okay even though the girl left my room. It's great staff like that to make sure I was safe and cared about my safety made it seem personal. The breakfast was good as well! The room and the place is super clean and nice.

Tv never worked even if they tried to fix it. Wifi was useless most tme. Location quiet but nothing around for tourists. Need permission to go in and out. Gates are locked. Paid for 2 days and moved after first night. Administrator refused to refund the unused night. Generally a terrible place

Don't go to this hotel!!!! We booked this hotel from November 4 to November 5, 2023. Upon arrival we could not check in, the hotel was said to be overbooked. There was still a family room available, for which we had to pay triple the price of our booked room. Due to a public holiday, there were a few other rooms available in Medellin (for very high prices) and it was already around 8 o'clock in the evening. The receptionists were very giggly about the situation. In the end we had to incur a lot of costs, such as double taxi transport and a new expensive hotel. The hotel continued to insist that it was not their fault, but that we had to go to Booking.com. Booking.com puts the blame back on the hotel. Ultimately, you as a customer are the victims of the situation.Our new hotel was in an unsafe area for tourists, where we had to go in the dark. As I said before, we had few options regarding the holiday. All in all it was a very unpleasant situation and the hotel was not willing to accommodate us.

The staff was very accomodating, helped me anytime. Often my excursions around the country got me back very late and someone was always available to let me in. Highly recommend.

It was a good value for the amount of money I paid, central location and close to everything. Good AC and hot water.

The noise the staff makes is insanely loud, no respect for the people that is sleeping also the beds are too hard.
