YOU CANNOT CANCEL. THEY WILL NOT REFUND ANY NIGHT THAT YOU DID NOT USE. THE HOTEL ITSELF IS NOT THAT BAD, BUT I DIDNT LIKE IT SO I MOVED TO ANOTHER HOTEL. HOWEVER, THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE 2 NIGHTS I DID NOT USE.

Price gouging scam

We were charged 4x the normal price because of a Bad Bunny concert. Terrible price gouging practice for a very average hotel! Won’t ever come back!

Location and shower was hot and strong stream

Room smells bad, broken wardrobe, jacuzzi wasn’t working, creepy bench, creepy cheep old furniture, old roll up curtain , breakfast very limited no choice

Bed super uncomfortable, too much noise in the hotel all the time, zero noise insulation, open ceiling shower, if you take a shower your room is moisturized:(

This is an comfortable, affordable, simple hotel. Good for if you plan on spending most of your days outside. I highly recommend a room with a window (suite).

The room was good value for the price, pretty spacious room with a big bathtub, the breakfast was good as well and the staff was friendly

It was not very soundproof and quite noisy in the night and the cleaning could have been better but overall it’s a good value for money

Location

The room we originally got was very uncomfortable. Bed was too small, very uncomfortable bed, jacuzzi was not the greatest and no hot water.

Clean lobby with complimentary coffee. The room was well cleaned and supplied. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was safe, quiet, and close to several grocery stores and restaurants. It's an easy walk from the metro.

There were no decorations in the room. Some wall art would be an improvement.

Excellent location in Laureles, with easy access. Excellent customer service 24/7 and lovely personnel always going the extra mile. Very good breakfast and TV channels

There was no closet to hang my wife dresses.

Good location, close to the stadium, many restaurants and downtown. Friendly staff and bedroom with good space.

Bed sheets were dirty with red stain. Also, There is no a proper parking lot, is a small space were few vehicles fit, my car has to stay on the street during the night since there was no availability, I use booking filters to find a hotel with Parking, but filter failed. Finally, you can listen all the noise from outside of the street, I couldn’t sleep properly due to the noise.

There was a lot of noise and banging outside our room for a few hours from other guests. Pillows felt like plastic

Small and cozy hotel. Staff was nice very accommodatingSimple breakfast. Room was small but good has AC unit and warm water from shower. Noise was minimal

not much in the area for restaurants or things to do. Had to take an Uber or taxi to go anywhere Area looked ok no lobby.

No shelves to put our things on, no hooks for jackets etc. So our things were spread all over the placeAlso the sheets provided didn't even fit the king bed we had so we had to take each our own sheet.

Breakfast was in a small cutout room off the parking space, small with about 4 tables and a bar with seating set up around the walls. There just happened to be a larger group visiting at the same time and we were there at that time so it was very loud but that's because they were very happy to be together. This was definitely not the problem from the hotel and truthfully, it wasn't a "problem" for us, it was just loud. Our room was right over the lobby area and the stair space is open so sound travels. I tried to do a meeting via Zoom and the sound made it a bit difficult. But...if this is going to be an issue for you, right down the street is a Co-Living space that you could check out. If I had realized this might be an issue, I could have possibly requested a room further away from that stairwell but it's a small hotel so this probably wasn't possible. The room was a nice size with a desk. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though my Spanish was limited, we did our best and it worked!

a bit noisy but the location was fabulous to get to all of the activity on Carrera 70, which was what we wanted.
