If you are looking for sleep, this is not the place to be. Street noise and Night club at hotel busy until 0200am. Wait staff/Cleaning people start at 0530

Location and the upstairs bar. The gym was also one of the best in Latin America

The location was the best part if you don't mind noise and if you plan to be up til at least 4:00 am at night.

It is not a Five Star Hotel. Size of my room was small. Closet space was very small or tight to fit clothing. Lobby Area was very small. I made reservation for hotel to send driver to pick me up at Airport but no one showed up. Hotel is overrated.

Is in an excellent location. Very safe area. Walking distance to the prime nightlife area. Rooms and rooftop bar are great. Included breakfast is of decent quality.

The hotel facility is very good

The service was the worst I have ever experienced. Over 45mins to check in. Additional tax charges because I used a foreign ID card and not my passport with an entry stamp. This is the only hotel in Colombia where this has happens to me. I arrange for 4 friends from UK to come so we could go to the rooftop brunch. I was messaging the hotel for two months in advance and they didn’t tell me that the day if the brunch had been changed to a week earlier. Despite it stating the contrary on there website. I was basically told it was not their problem as the rooftop of the hotel was managed by a different company. It ruining our weekend and they didn’t care. Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. I will never stay here again.

The hotel is superbly situated near many restaurants, bars, and other nightlife activities. A variety of stores, banks, and pharmacies are also nearby. The breakfast offerings are impressive. The wait staff is attentive and accommodating.

The decor is appropriate for the style of the hotel, and it is impressive. However, I prefer a more contemporary decor.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Poblado. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my check-in and entire stay a breeze. The room was beautifully clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing space after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from parque lleras. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellin!!

Osh in Cartagena is an absolute gem and, hands down, the best dining experience I’ve had in the city. From the moment you step in, the ambiance sets the tone—elegant yet welcoming, with a vibrant energy that complements the historic charm of Cartagena. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were passionate about the menu and eager to offer recommendations. The wine selection was equally impressive, with pairings that elevated the meal to another level.

The room had a moldy odor that was coming out of the bathroom.

The hotel is located directly next to the red light district and has a good roof top area

the concierge at check-in was completely overstrained (30min!), unprofessional and unfriendly. This woman as an individual and as the first representative of the hotel destroyed so much atmosphere that the overall impression of the hotel remains bad, even if the rest of the staff is friendly.The infrastructure of the hotel is old and the beds are completely worn out. Renovation work was purely cosmetic. The appearance to the eye is fine however. Everything is nice to look at.

We had an amazing experience at Charlee Hotel! The concierge went above and beyond to help us find a car and ensure everything was perfect for my husband's birthday. The room was beautifully prepared. the location is unbeatable-right in the heart of everything, close to all the best party spots. if you are looking for great service, and a vibrant atmosphere, this is the place to stay! Highly recommended. and a very secure place

hotel tries to be a lifestyle place but is not

in the hotel is a renovation and massive construction going on. Outsite the hotel is an other new constration place, at 6pm there starts the party and music until 5am. sleep is not possible at this place. very disapoiting. the hotel did not inform about this

Good Location

The staff were horrendous at this hotel. Luis on the front desk is the rudest hotel manger I have ever encountered. The pool is tiny & the drinks are over priced. The hotel needs a renovation! Best avoid!

Great location, great design and most of all, amazing staff.We had 2 rooms booked and my teen daughter forgot her Christmas gift from her grandparents in the safe which consisted of a lot of cash. We were contacted by the hotel manager before we even realized what had happened and arranged for us to pick up her money. We thought the money was gone. I tip my hat to Winston and his team for their trustworthiness!
