Absolutely nothing.

They do not out customer service as their priority. When i reserved hotel I was meant to pay with credit card. They end up asking for cash instead.

I paid the full amount shown here in the app in dollars via bank transfer, and the hotel even sent me the receipt, but when I got there, they told me I had to pay an additional amount. (and it wasn't the bank charge, because that was deducted directly when I paid by transfer)

I really liked the prime location, ideal for enjoying Medellín’s nightlife, as well as the spacious rooms that offer great value for money.

The shower did not heat properly during my stay, which was slightly inconvenient. The breakfast was simple; offering a wider variety of options could enhance the overall experience.

Location, staff is really friendly and open to help and suggestions

Location! Walk to many restaurants and coffee shops and fun pedestrian shopping area. Rooftop breakfast terrace was a great.

Beds were a little hard.

It will be better to have hot water easily available and a microwave, but not a big deal about it

I like how everything was close by. Rooms were spacious. The staffs was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was also delicious thank you for everything.

I like the location you can walk anywhere, close to restaurant and place to look.

The breakfast only two choices and no table for families. We need to seat separate.

The room was spacious and well maintained.

The way, I was charged more than an extra 250000 COP because I checked in around 2 AM after landing in Medellín and charged again more than 250000 COP for checking out after 9 PM.

The best room are with the Jacuzzi. The other get noise from the street or A/C compressor installed on the walls outside… The option are the room without windows; it is mostly quiet. They gave me the one in the lobby; humidity and noise!! I canceled my future reservations.

The location is amazing. You have Provenza 2 blocks away and a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Great staff,very helpful and kind.

No tv service not enough blankets WiFi wasn’t great… location was good breakfast was good a little pricey around the area due to its tourism area if you going to take items out of the fridge check exp date …..

We did not know that our room would be at the side of the road where there was a restaurant that has loud music almost every night, so it was a bit difficult to sleep at night. Also, I think because of the location of the property, many people like to stay there to sleep their drunkenness off, and they are very loud almost every night, especially during the weekends (we have arrived on a Friday, so 3 sleepless nights). The staff is friendly but not very attentive, unfortunately. We have noticed that not all the lights were turning on, we had only one trash can (in the bathroom) and it was missing its lid. We were informed that the room is supposed to have 2 trash cans and that they will bring the other one plus check if they can change the one in the bathroom. This didn’t happen. Also, someone was supposed to come and handle the lights, no one came. When asked about the iron in the room that is stated in the facilities, we were informed that there is an iron at the front desk that we can borrow. The front desk agent said he was bringing it up, that never happened. I went down after I noticed it was taking long to get it myself. You would think also that a hotel would have a kettle, but this was not the case. We could cross the street and ask for hot water at the restaurant in front of the hotel. Not even: “oh, let me assist you with that”. I also provide service in my profession and sometimes, even if you are not in the mood, going the extra mile boosts someone’s experience with the company, or in this case, the hotel. And the pictures here on Booking are outdated. The walls are almost dark grey instead of white, which made the room extra dark (since we were missing lights), so it would be nice to update that. Other than that, the breakfast was ok. The bed was comfortable, the hotel is close to many restaurants, so that’s cool.

We like the location, the quietness. Breakfast was good.

Towels weren't available when we arrived from our first day excursion. The problem was solved the next day.
