The air conditioning worked great. The balcony was lovely. The room was spacious.

The WiFi didn¿t work

Very dirty they didn't had cleaning services in the time I stayed in there.The room don't look like they advertise,no warm water for your shower,the bathroom super dirty and liking water all over.The closet was damaged,we had problems with the phone too.

The personal attention was exceptional, May the lady at the reception was very helpful and the restaurant ladies, breakfast was good but too much bread, I’m from Medellin so I wanted arepa not bread ?

The fridge is old, room needs another little table and a chair

The staff were friendly. The hotel felt safe.

The beds and pillows were too hard. There was a stove, but NO kitchenware, such as NO, pots and pans, no cups, spoons, plates, etc. The air conditioner was very cold, which was good, but the blanket was too fine. No variation in the breakfast (very poor).

This property was looking nice and everything on the pictures, but when I reached at the hotel rooms I was disappointed! I had to sing a contract that if I damaged one thing of the rooms I will have to pay 100k CP! But reaching in the rooms was a desaster! The beds are uncomfortable hard! The walls are dirty! And the only thing I was pleased with was the breakfast ladies, whom was very nice to us and gave a great service without any options…

I didn’t like the way I was treated since I had to sleep 3 nights without air conditioning! Went many times to the front desk, they’ve sent someone to take a look but never came back to fix it! I am disappointed that this property is ready to charge you for anything but wasn’t capable to fix or just move me and my family to another room!

Near to Floresta metro station. Some of the staff are nice. The balcony is nice. I raised concerns about the room and was moved (had to wait for many hours with my bags in reception) but to another unsuitable room.

Many locks do not work (safe, balcony, room door). Bed covers and towels are stained. Very little hot water. Electrical sockets burnt. Road noise and the noise from reception throughout the night is very loud.

Pre-check in communication was good. Breakfast was better than expected given the reviews! Handy for the Metro. AC worked well and the room had a very cold and quiet fridge. Good location on outskirts of Laureles district, not far to walk.

Lots of traffic noise despite being on a side street. Also noise from inside the hotel such as loud telephone ringing and various voices. Also we were told we had to pay a fine for smoking on the balcony even though there was no notice about this (we didn't pay).

no towels in the room, had to call to request them, not enough soap. no colesterol in the sink, only hot water to bush teeth .

it was a nightmare to check in . reservation done through booking.com didn’t match with the information in your system.

I booked the room by accident for one person but there was actually two people I showed the front desk that the price was the same $63,000 pesos for one person or two persons I said it was an accident and he insisted on trying to collect an extra fee for the extra person so I was not impressed.

Nice neighborhood.

Too much traffic noise and music from a local bar.

Breakfast was basic and good. Location was good if you like to be within walking distance of busy streets.

As you can expect outside traffic noise during peak hours can be substantial, especially if you are not a city dweller. Internet coverage was intermittent as I had a room in the far corner of the property.

Well located, clean.

The facilities need repairments. The approach to costs is rather harsh (they charge for towels with makeup, for example). Parking space is in repairments.

Room given was not the one that reserve. Given a family room. Breakfast was horrible. They have a universal breakfast and the eggs are only done one way and there is no options. Horrible . Eat one day there and the other 2 bought breakfast .
