Hotel Laureles Plaza

Good value for the price. Plenty to do within a short walk. I walked to the train a few times - not too far. Good breakfast. The in-room jacuzzi was great.

I did not take advantage of the rooftop but saw others using the hot tub.

Late agent agent said no breakfast was being served due to pandemic so I ate elsewhere only to arrive back at the hotel and find 8 guests eating breakfast

I arrived and was told that the room that I booked was already occupied for the last month. My reservation was never canceled and I’m now asking for a refund and I’m being ignored.

The hotel is very good. Food good. Staff excellent. Location the best.

The bed was very uncomfortable — the mattress definitely needs to be replaced. This made it hard to get a good night’s sleep

Great location near restaurants. Quiet and clean. Good for a couple nights.

The location of the property was perfect for us. It was near attractions and nightlife, but not in the middle of it.

There is area of improvement, regarding the attention of details: one day, they didn't gave us toilet paper (and we ran out of it) and other day they forgot about the towels. Fortunately we carried our own.

Even though I know I registered as two people they told me that I had to pay 80.000 for my girlfriend because I registered for 1 person

1. The location is brilliant. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in walk distance, especially one restaurant provide peru food is absolutely yummy, it was the best food experience during Medellin trip.2. The public work space is convient and conformtable.

Arrived to the room and sheets were dirty. The room had some sort of signal blocking, that didn’t allow my data to be used on any of my mobile phones, and on top of that, wi-fi was very slow and not stable

The breakfast and location were both good. Walking distance to restaurants.

The staff was a hassle. Paid up front for 2 people. My information was recorded. Then my girlfriend was initially denied entrance for not having required documentation on her being. Really obnoxious. I paid for a king size room with a jacuzzi. The room was so small that the tub and bed were literally side by side. The A/C was unadjustable.

The room too warm they tried to fix it and all it did was too make it to leak water all over the floor and the bed after 3 days they changed our room

Staff was good, rooftop was nice, bar in rooftop, but no server or staff. I'm guessing it is for private activities. TV in rooftop has streaming services, but not the original remote, so I couldn't connect my apps. Only 2 channels. Jaccussi was good and clean, and the steam room was awesome.

Pictures are misleading, rooms are too small and have no privacy. Windows in the room are fake. Mine opened to the work area, and my aunts opened towards the chapel. There was no space in the room to walk around. It was a nightmare. Cruise ship cabins are better organized and provided more comfort and walking área. To use lights and electricity, you need to put the key in a breaker switch, and once you remove it, power breaks down, so there is no chance to keep your electronics charging if you're not in the room. If you decide to step out of the room even for a few minutes, power breaks down, and the room gets hot in minutes. The air conditioner is not working properly. ? Mossy odor in room at all times. TV only has a few local channels. Decided to carry my values all the time, security lock box needed batteries and instructions have faded out, unreadable. The first day, I tried to complain about the room and was dismissed by the front desk attended, who referred, "That's the room you chose, and it's all we got." During my stay, they were remodeling in the basement.

I liked everything! Everything was so clean, the staff were amazing, really kind people and they were there to help in every moment that it was needed. The breakfast was delicious.

The person from staff that received me took us to a room that already had people inside! Not a nice moment when we opened the door and scared them...Then they took us to another free room but was not our final one. A bit annoying Rooms were very small.

Clean and correct.Luckily I could get change to a free room in the upper floor. Rooms on the same lobby floor are a no-go. Way to noisy.

Not looking like 4-stars hotel and a bit overpriced For the same money you can get better options in the same Laureles area. A bit disappointed of what I paid and what I got o this stay
