Pros +
- We stayed here with other friends in February for 5 nights while attending a conference nearby. Our cash was stolen from our LOCKED ROOM SAFE on the 2nd day. Not only were we robbed but other acquaintances that stayed at BioTerra also.
- Location in a residential neighborhood a plus. Semi centralized to give you a vantage point on time. It also affords you the use of local transport. Metro, Metro plus, taxis, and local bus routes all close by.

Cons -
- We reported the exact amount of cash stolen to Santiago, supervisor, it's been 3 weeks since we checked out, and we have NOT received reimbursement or resolution. WARNING!!! OUR CASH WAS STOLEN OUT OF A LOCKED SAFE!
- Breakfast menu is more for organic food zealist. I prefer more typical breakfast which includes Colombian and international choices.
