Hotel Lomas 10 Medellin

Clean room, staff was great, location was convenient/ central and hotel offered free parking.

Breakfast isn’t great- preferred to eat elsewhere.

Camilo and liliana and Santiago Daniel and everyone that works there make you want to stay longer. The kindness and professionalism are amazing. I could get an Airbnb for alot less but because of the staff I upgraded my room and stayed an entire month and invited friends from periera. This is really a second home for me. I recommend 1000000%

That i had to go back to the states and couldn't stay longer

I love this hotel because the excellent customer service, location, the friendly staff.

Room was not big but very clean. breakfast not allot of choices but good for the price, location was excellent

Excellent value for money. Very clean and although only a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the nightlife it’s very quiet. The staff were fantastic.

Very friendly staff convenient location walking distance to restaurants and cafes and nightlife. Comfortable room and bed. Good breakfast.

They need an ice machine. More options at breakfast.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our flight arrived early and they offered to hold our bags while we toured for a few hours. Our room became available before we headed out and they moved us in early which we were delighted. They were helpful with idea for tours or restaurants, so friendly at the breakfast bar, always polite, and the room was very clean. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants and felt very safe.

location, customer service, and super clean

I love this hotel. Excellent location & quiet, super clean, with delicious breakfast, and great staff. Suite room is very spacious and comfortable.

Great location. Staff are very nice. I required to used the parking. Has amazing views. It’s close to to night life zone but also has a calm ambient. Definitely I’m going back to stay

Breakfast was included but it could be better.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Emannuel from reception was very attentive as also the others. The location was quiet but very close to restaurants and bars. The metro was approximately 20min walk from the hotel.

Nada

Good location, very clean. The staff all very good.

Only one elevator.

Good location and the beds were really comfortable and nice size room.

No coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast was OK but basic.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Clean facilities and a nice breakfast was included.

They exercise room was very minimal, and the bed was very hard and hot.

Very good location as it was close enough to walk to the restaurants and far enough from the noise. Breakfast was also great.

Everything was great, but the glass shower door doesn’t close properly so you have to be creative and get the floor towel to hold it in place, other than this things were great.

My room was a mess. The door of the bathroom doesn't lock or close, and the AC doesn't work all the time. The panel for the "Do Not Disturb" sign doesn't work. It's not a very big deal, but when I requested to have my breakfast in my room because I couldn't go down due to work, the reception didn't tell me there was an extra cost to bring my food to the room.

A bit further from the strip, you can find this hotel in a nice quiet side street. We wanted to have a good night out, but not be woken op by party sounds. This worked out great. The room was very good. Good beds, AC and shower. Even a minibar. Some things need attentions. Paint is old in some places, and the system to ring the bell/clean/do not disturb is not working.

HEY MANAGER !!! WAKE UP!! As plenty of reviews indicated, there is no access to the rooftop and no jacuzzi. They claim to have a gym; which is nothing more than a treadmill in the main hall where breakfast is also served. Since I didn’t book this hotel for those facilities, when you get a good price on the room, I can still recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean enough

The size of the room was a bit small, also because the bathroom had a sliding door the light hit the bed quite strongly

Bed breakfast and tranquility

The room view

Nicely located in a quiet part of El Poblado but still very safe.
