Hampton by Hilton Medellin

Location was perfect

The room was small, great for work stays but not to vacation. The lobby was on the 14 floor! There were only 2 elevators and I it almost felt like there was traffic hours for the elevator.

Internet is slow. I wanted to extend my stay, since internet is slow I couldn't work there

Very clean and very comfortable.

It was a little awkward at first because I thought the building was in construction and the entrance is not immediately obvious. I also don't know if I overpaid by selecting a package, because once I was there it turned out the fare per room was low.

It’s was next to the office. The room was clean, and there were all the necessary items to have a regular stay.

The lights were not working. One of the lights was broken, it did not turn on. The door lock had to be checked too. The human service was regular and sometimes rude, I’m sure this is not because of the People but how the hotel organizes its personal and keeps them motivated.

My experience at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Medellín El Poblado was simply extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home: kind, attentive, and always smiling, providing spectacular and friendly service that truly makes a difference.Breakfast was one of the highlights: incredibly delicious, varied, and perfectly prepared to start the day with plenty of energy. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and cozy, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city.The service overall was excellent at all times. Without a doubt, it's a place I would return to without hesitation and that I wholeheartedly recommend. A wonderful experience in every way. ?

Central location

Room smelled like mold, sink was small, AC was humid, door wouldn’t close properly. The safe wouldn’t close right away. They only offered one water for the room. Had to ask for additional but noticed that they offered more waters to other guests. They were also doing remodeling which it was not listed on their website.

The hotel is basically in the middle of all the good spots. I loved it cause we could have walked to a lot of the places we wanted to visit.And the staff was wonderful especially Fernando at the door. Well he was all over which made our stay even better. He was so very helpful!

Wish there was a pool.

The location is just great for business.

To many escorts, make the experience uncomfortable, especially when they are noticeable due to the low occupation. Also why would they charge for "better" wifi. That's just stupid.

I like the staff was very helpfull.

I didn't like the breakfast so much, first the orange juice was weak, when i poor hotwater for tea, the water was not clear water.

American style hotel. Not South American ambiance. We left after one day…

Location and the comida típica.

Water valve in shower had no cold water. Walking up to property was very overheating and cool shower would have been preferable. But, only cool water came out until the hot water started and then you couldn’t get cool water again.

The area, near from everything

Only 2 elevators for all the building, you have to wait a lot to use it

Lobby is very nice. Everyone is very friendly from the front desk to the doorman. The area is perfect lots of places to shop, eat, party etc. Rooms were spacious clean.

Room service should be done without it being requested. Breakfast staff could be more on top of refilling the buffet. Twice I went and twice there were empty trays and people waiting.

Great location, with lovely views from the restaurant, which was nice at breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

The bathroom is a bit small.
