The breakfast was great! The place was clean and quiet and in a great location. It was a great value for what we received. The staff were also very friendly. It was a very simple rom and hotel but overall a good experience for the price.

Even though the hotel room was booked for two people and my wife arrived the second day, I had to pay $15 usd for my friend to stay the first night with me.

No elevator or help with luggage

Room without air conditioning. When I checked in, the email I received said that I had air conditioning, but that the room had no ventilation. I called them beforehand to let them know that I would be checking in late at night. I had to stay in that room without air conditioning because I was so tired. They put a standing fan on a timer that turned off every two hours. I do not recommend this hotel.

Location near clubs and restaurants. The night shift reception Ann is not like the day shift. She understands that if you book for two people. Then two people are only allowed to stay in room.

They are not guest friendly! Booking a hotel room for two people and then the second guest has to pay 80,000 pesos / $19 US fee for a guest. When my room is only 62,000 pesos / $15 US per night. Also they say they will do your laundry for a crazy fee. Think about paying 10,000 pesos per item. They are not liable for damages and if the shift changes. They will leave your items wet in the dryer until the next day.Plus they have a roach problem and they will not clean your room or change your sheets at ALL! If you ask them to clean your room, they will give you a broom, sheets and tell you to.clean your own room.

The hotel has a excelent location, near to the stadium with a relative good cost.

The room was a unconfortable bath, the shower had no privacy, the door of the toilet door didnt have a lock. The breakfast had a very small range of time for take, Is like the hotel doesn't want give the service of breakfast. The staff of the hotel didn't accept the tips for improve the service And respond in a wrong way. Small parking if the hotel Is full you may be left without parking.

They command us to read some instructions that were not even accomplished by them. Room Pictures better than reality. Rooms were not clean every day because we had to indicate it, they said. No A/C. No extra bathroom. No streaming service. No cleaning kit. No extra towels or changing towels for next days. No personal cleaning kit(shampoo etc). No desk, No closet or a table to put the luggage. TV not working well. WIFI only accesible at the lobby. Method of payment in cash. NO CREDIT CARD to pay plus they wanted us to pay the first day not at the end as regular in hotels. Administrative manager with bad attitude and not professional. Needs training on International Tourism and Customer service and/or Public Relations. Understand price was very low, but even you can find less or same prices with better customer service/installations around. Claims not received or solved saying that was our fault :(

Everything was really good,the staff was kind and very helpful.I recommend to visit and stay at the suite. Also is very good located,neat to everything and the neighborhood is really nice

absolutely avoid.!! terrible.. a very small room (approximately 6m2), with ONLY a bed, nothing else. no nightstand, no light near the bed, no storage cabinet, not even a single hook on the wall. you have to put all your stuff on the floor. for more than 100,000 cop, (with discount, it's 74,000 cop) it's a scam, it's a lack of respect for such an amount. In the bathroom, the shower does not have a shower bulb, it is just a tube. hot water does not exist, or very little. there are better hotels for such a price. the welcome is superficial. I only stayed one night because I arrived late. I easily found something else much better for 50,000 cops…!! absolutely go your way. you will easily find cheaper and better equipped..!!! absolutely avoid.

Location is good but other than that I struggle to thing of anything good.

No window in the bedroom. It was like staying in a box. In a city as beautiful as Medellín this should be illegal. The room was filthy- the walls and furniture had strange smells. No offer to clean the room during the day. We paid to have laundry done and it was returned to us wet and still dirty. We didn’t notice this until the next day. When we asked why this was they said the machine was broken and offered to do it again. We eventually got our laundry done after two days but I can’t understand why they would give us back dirty clothes with no explanation. The price was a total rip off for the lack of hygiene, customer service and facilities. We paid €150 for three nights. The breakfast also finishes hours earlier here than most hotels so we never actually tried it.

amazing time! great location, was celebrating my 3 years anniversary and the staff was so helpful on helping me organize a surprise. Jessica was very kind and helpful and took charge of what I wanted for the surprise and she helped me bring it to life! everyone was great ?!

Everything!! Receptionist was not helpful, AC in room 103 does not work, bathroom smelled like sewer, there were roaches, an area outside of the room where all the AC units are- was so loud every 5 mins.
