Very small room. Everything requested cost extra.

If you want to be near the stadium, Laureles, or la 70… the location is great. About 10 minutes from the metro station.

The breakfast time should be extended to at least 10am— people are on vacation and like to sleep in. Then the food is mediocre at best. The only egg option is scrambled that has been made in large batches. The arepas and bread are stale. It’s just not good. I also thought I was SEVERELY overcharged as it was a really busy weekend. The price gouging was wild.

The management takes no responsibility for any problems in the hotel. The woman manager of the hotel won’t come out her office.

I have stayed here many times in the past.

The boy in the kitchen that caused the whole ticket issue for the free breakfast. I didn’t attempt to eat the free breakfast again or eat in the restaurant in general. It had no service from the time of the incident. He needs to be fired for his terrible customer service.

The location. It is so near to go the stadium for matches or concerts.

The noise of the heat or air conditioning machines, the ones external to the room. It is impossible to sleep with that noise.

The gym was horrible the staff was attentive but forgetful at times . The restaurant had some good items but failed to cook a rere steak after trying to explain it to them several times. I really enjoyed my stay because I often ate out and the hotel was near many good restaurants and I had a supermarket across the street and an Exito similar to our Walmart 3 blocks away

Stayed there for one night and it was super comfortable. The room and bathrooms were so clean and the stuff was so helpful too. Only the breakfast was not very good but for the price they charge, it is well spent

The staff is very helpful, they go above and beyond to give excellent service.

Beds are a bit uncomfortable and toilet/shower clogged during my stay.

I thought it was very good, had a nice range of different fruits and food. The staff was friendly and kind. Everything seemed clean we were with some friends and they enjoyed it also.

The showers did not work. You need to hire a plumber. Or you could replace the shower head yourself. It is not that hard and I think that would fix the problem. Have a plumber on hand just in case.

The TV was not working and the room was small for two beds

The location was good, plenty of places to eat nearby and a short walk to either of two metro stations. We particularly recommend the coffee shop two blocks away towards Exito supermarket. Room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was poor - there was plenty of it, it just wasn't very good. The building was poorly sound-proofed, so lots of traffic noise from the busy road outside, starting about 4am.

Everything was spotless clean and we felt safe and all our iisues were solved very easily.Room cleaning was done every day.There is a restaurant on site that is open all day long. Across the street there is a D1 supermarket and 400 m away there is a commercial and financial centre called Exito.The area was safe and green.

As the room's windows were opening to the hallways was hard to fall asleep due to the noise made by the people next door that were talking very loud late in the night.The matress was hard as a rock but after the first night they add on top a small matress that remediated the problem.Nobody speaks english

Very good staff at the reception, the room was very clean and cosy, the garage for the car was easily accessible and safe

Tiny tiny room, enough for one person only. Very noisy every day due to guests and music. The mattresses are strange and NOT comfortable, as they covered with leather and make sleeping very hot. Breakfast are very poor and not delicious at all. The reception while check inn asked so many questions to me in Spanish, who had 30 hours flight... Felt like unwelcomed here. Will not come back. Bad hotel impression and poor service.

Room was clean, 10-15 min walk to metro and 70th street, wifi worked fine.

Breakfast was horrible. Juices, milk, hot chocolate was all water down. Food was not tasteful, fruit were not available daily as per the menu. Breakfast items were rationed. Save your money and have breakfast in another place. Elevator only goes to the 5th floor, must use stairs for higher floors. Area was ok, not my favorite.

I am Triathlete coach and have stayed here before when I coach at Estadio medellin. I like the hotel / staff is kind and friendly/ clean and spotless / no noise and professional/ restaurant great and good breakfast with fruits.

I have Accomadation budget and Lena the financial person is only at hotel few days and need to wait over weekend to discuss extend stay discount.
