Cleanliness is top notch, large room with comfortable beds and good breakfast and very responsive staff who are eager to serve

This was a great find of a hotel. I was able to arrange airport transfer there and back for ~130,000 COP each way which was very convenient. It took about 30 mins from the airport to reach the hotel.The hotel has a lovely aesthetic. I enjoyed the smart room feature. It’s very clean and located in a nice area. Getting to El Poblado’s main attractions took 15-20 mins by foot which was not bad. The staff was very friendly.

The only negatives I found were that the smart key took 5-6 tries to open the door and the room was not very soundproofed. If someone was talking outside my door, it sounded like they were talking in my room.

Breakfast was good; plus opportunity to prepare breakfast 1/2 hour earlier due to our early departure. All staff were great and location excellent. We would stay here again.

Very clean and new. Well equipped. Nice hotel with wabis sabi vibe. I didn't use minibar but it had some nice stuff in there if you are desperate;) Very nice lady at the reception desk allowed me to check in my flight and print on her reception laptop as I had some technical issues with my phone. Very nice staff

Location for me wasn't the problem but it's 10 min walk from the touristy central area.Staff very nice but don't speak any English

This recently built, modern, 5-storey hotel is not just stylish with great decor but also comfortable and accommodating. Our room was small but well-stocked (toiletries, mini-fridge), with a large shower and plenty of hot water; thick, luxurious towels were changed every day; comfortable king-size bed; and excellent lighting. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. The breakfast is ample and delicious (you order off a menu), served in the in-house restaurant. A couple of blocks away we found many restaurants, cafes and stylish shops. We loved this hotel!

While the hotel itself is soundproofed, and therefore quiet, the surrounding restaurants and bars can be noisy, but not after 11 pm.

Wonderful location. Great staff. Yoryanis was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The technology used in the room for the tv and music is great.

They need a larger mirror for the room.

The room is tiny and uncomfortable, the bathroom door didn't close, it took like 5mins for the water to be warm. If you're 1 person w no luggage then i guess it's okay. The bathroom mirror is so high up like what is up with that. Also, the whole phone key thing was a hit ot miss, like i never figured out the right way to use it, u just gotta keep trying and trying until the door freaking opens, like just give me a stupid card key u obviously had them cause the elevator has the card access thing.

Too smart of a room. I would rather not use Alexa for everything or have to use my phone for the room key.

New hotel in a great location in el Poblado, away from all the noise and hustle of the area, but close to everything.Comfortable modern domotic rooms, beautiful design and atmosphere.The staff and the manager Adriano were super nice and attentive and quickly solved a little issue i had with my room. I even got a complimentary delicious breakfast.

The restaurant closes early; in the future, it would be nice if the service lasted longer.

We liked the smart hotel concept, 'Alexa' voice system work well. The room was well equipped, nice and clean. The breakfast was also good and fast served for us. The location was close to everything that we wanted to visit and there was a big shopping mall nearby too.

We liked the app based key system and 'Alexa' voice system too but it might be challenging for those who are not that much into the digital world.

Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable. The room was not large but was cozy and quite well designed. Loved that lights, window shades and air conditioning were voice controlled! Highly recommend selecting a rate that includes breakfast at the onsite restaurant. The food there is excellent! Many good restaurants in easy walking distance from the hotel.

Very convenient location, walking distance from nice restaurants and bars, quite area in general and we felt very comfortable and safe. The staff was very helpful, respectful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent and very hearty.

This was a new type of hotel, with lots of technology. Beautifully decorated, super clean and the staff was very nice.

If you are not very techie it might be a bit intimidating.

The location was perfect, central but in a safe and quiet area.

The breakfast was really cheap (I guess it was meant to look "fancy") and repetitive. The fruit was cut so thin, a slice of mortadella would have probably been ticker. You can only pick either a juice or a coffee. No water was offered, either in the room (you can only purchase from the minibar or at breakfast).

Clean, green, modern and a super stylish hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and it had everything they said it would. The welcome when you get into the room was also very personalized.
