Tvs are outdated, no smart tvsWalls are so thin you can hear even a whisper spoken outside your room, if you like to sleep in this is not the place for you, you’ll be woken up around 7/8/9am everyday with staff knocking on other doors or other travelers being rowdy in the hallway

It's difficult to ascertain what we liked, for everything was outstanding: facilities, staff, location. From Ms. Yasmin at the reception desk to Mr Jorge in the restaurant--all exceptional.

The property is well kept. The staff is amazing and friendly. There was always a friendly face at the lobby to greet us. We had a minor hiccup and needed some hygienic supplies. urgently. The staff was able to help our friend. The restaurant staff were also amazing and accommodating. The hospitality is what we liked the most.

I wish i knew my room (junior suite) located on the first floor was right next to an active construction site. I know that is out of the hotel’s control. However, i wish i would’ve have gotten the option to pick a quieter room. If you’re a napper and need a mid day reset, please, confirm about the construction noise. What helped us is that we were out of the room most of the day. Other than that, it was all positives!

Really bad expirience, staff confuses me for prepay service and my couple all the time.

The area near the Jacuzzi was full of workers, remodeling the Gym or something.

Gorgeous property, centrally located in a very safe area with 2 shopping malls within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and the ambiance was perfect! Great staff and friendly staff with every aspect—front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant. Highly recommend!

I didn't like that there's were events during my stay. And they where laud because they are to close to the lobby and restaurant. Even using the bathroom from the restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. During my stay, Jorge truly stood out with his exceptional service every morning at the breakfast buffet. He was always warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed to start my day right.Jorge greeted me each morning with a smile and consistently went the extra mile whether it was remembering my preferences, keeping the area clean or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect. His friendly attitude and professionalism made breakfast one of the highlights of my stay.It’s clear that Jorge takes great pride in his work, and it shows. He made me feel like a valued guest, and I sincerely appreciated his efforts. The location was great. Could walk along 43 A easily into the heart of Poblado with no concerns.The staff was exceptional especially Jorge the doorman and Andres at the front desk. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast selection was large. Would definitely stay here again.

Could see the hot tubs from our window most of the time they did not have water in them

The location is great, rooms are spacious and overall is a good value for the money you're paying

The "gym" needs a major renovation, equipment is old and barely working. Currently there's a construction right next to the hotel that makes a lot of noise early hours

I made a reservation for 2 adult people, my friend left the hotel the next day and y notified the receptionist, this person will not be my quest anymore. I was informed at that time not only this person but also any another person can be include in my reservation by police of this hotel. I respect other opinion and policies but from my perception this policy is moralistic and archaic. I will never return to this hotel if it is not extremely necessary.

The staff was friendly, location was great with the mall located across the street. Lowkey calm environment would recommend. I loved the complimentary drink in the lobby as you enter or leave the hotel.
