Hotel Poblado Plaza

All absolutely excellent

Wonderful location; convenient, walkable, and close to great restaurants and shops. The hotel is very comfortable, and the rooms are generously sized (could use more lighting, but not a big issue). Breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff; everyone goes out of their way to make your stay feel personal and memorable, creating a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere.

This was the fourth consecutive year of visiting Medellín and staying at this hotel. It has always been a memorable visit and stay and this time was no different. I would particularly like to appreciate the housekeeping staff and in particular the supervisor Norfalia Herrera for her dedication and diligent work. The room service and kitchen staff also did a marvelous job every time I placed an order.

Great Breakfast and nice staff.

False advertising. Show pictures of a pool and jacuzzi in the pictures of the hotel. The hotel doesn’t have either.

Everything. This hotel is the best we have found in El Poblado, Medellín. The employees make you feel at home. FoodThe breakfast buffet is the best we've found the fruit is fresh, the bread is fresh, the eggs are perfect, everything! Rooms:Also, they have very comfortable pillows and perfect linens.

Not staying long enough

Everything quite new. Clean. Nice restaurant and a little garden. Great location, within walking distance of malls. Oviedo and Santafe. Area is busy, but still felt safe. Lots of people jogging, walking dogs.

Property is lovely.

Walking distance to two great malls and grocery stores!! Easy access to taxis too....

The breakfast was excellent, the staff attentive and helpful, the location central to everything and the room was very spacious.

The pullout bed was very uncomfortable

This was my 3rd year staying at this hotel when visiting Medellin and my stay is always a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Very friendly especially the kitchen staff. The breakfast buffet has so many options available. I will always be staying at this hotel whenever I visit Medellin

Nothing :)

It was convenient to a few shopping malls and right on a main road which made it easy to get to other areas of the city. The staff at the hotel were very professional and most of the time met our needs.

I recently stayed at Hotel Poblado and while the location was great, there were several aspects that detracted from my experience. The hotel is conveniently situated near shopping malls and right on a main road, making it easy to explore the area. However, I was disappointed to discover that there was construction ongoing during my stay. This wasn't mentioned when I booked the hotel, and the noise was quite disruptive.Additionally, I was surprised to find that daily coffee in the room came with an extra charge. They only provided one coffee machine and set of supplies on the first day, and after that, we had to pay for refills, which felt a bit unnecessary for the price. The breakfast offered was also below expectations. It lacked variety and quality, which was disappointing considering the price of the stay. Overall, while the location and price were decent, the ongoing construction, extra charges for basic amenities, and subpar breakfast left much to be desired.I would recommend the hotel for its location, but with reservations due to these issues.

It was very clean. Comfortable Excellent employees who gave excellent service and attentive. Great location.

Didn’t have a pool or sauna

Staff were very professional and kind

Should notify that Hotel was on construction and the amenities were out of service

I didnot like the showerhead

Breakfast was good but no coffee in the room. Only the 1st day. We stayed for 5 nights.

Coffee in the room.

I liked the location. I liked Booking.com upgraded my room. I liked the friendly staff and I liked the breakfast

Too much chlorine in the water coming from the faucets. Totally dried my skin out. No screen on the window, I got mosquito bites at night

Attentive, friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent food! Clean room and comfy bed.

Great location

Small towels for showers and needed a new mattress in my bed

The all you can eat breakfast buffet is incredible. So many menu options to choose plus a chef is available ready to cook an omelet according to your preferences. The staff is amazing and very responsive to your needs. I will be staying here every time I visit Medellín

Breakfast was excellent. Service was slow, but very large group having meetings at hotel. Bartender was outstanding.

Checking in and out took extremely long time and no one else was in line at desk.
