No, nothing the hotel was good.

Nice facility. Even though the hotel was not within walking distance of the major restaurant clusters, it was equally between Provenza and the Oveido/Santa Fe areas. Moreover, there were ALWAYS taxis waiting, even super early in the morning.

It's undergoing some limited renovations that weren't visually disruptive, but there was significant day time construction noise. Still, nothing that stopped my day.

Everything in the bathroom is a bit old the shower, glass doors didn’t closed completely , the mirror was very old

The staff. Everyone was very kind snd profesional. I particularly appreciated the service of the host at the door (botones, whose name was Luis Fernando, I think). Breakfast was good

The location is nice snd quiet but hard to take a walk. Just too hilly.

Nice hotel, clean, great ambiance and food. My only reservation is that they must advise all guest that the MINI bar inside the room doesn't come with stay, you must pay for it separately. Just be transparent at the front desk while checking in the guest. Other than that it was a great stay, we basically just slept there as we were out on excursion all day.

Room was big with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, with a food selection that changed daily. Good location. Staff were nice. Food onsite was also good and nice little area to sit.

Only negative was the water temperature in the shower wasn't always consistent, lukewarm at best one day.

More hooks in the bathroom.Taxi driver yellow car assume that he could keep the change of $10 cop while the amount was $ 7.600 cop.

The hotel was a decent no frills place to rest at night in a quiet location away from city centre.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, they always were cleaned on a timely fashion. The breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is located on a hillside, so we didn’t feel comfortable walking to and from the hotel (we always used Uber). This is a disadvantage for someone not having their own transport, or not willing to order a cab/uber.

Breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection to choose from. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious and gym was well equipped.

the staff are all over the place- they over charged me when I arrived and then when I pre- booked the jacuzzi they forgot to prepare this! average breakfast and overall not a great experience.

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood - hills and trees. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a great buffet breakfast

one of the receptionist was a bit abrupt. my elderly mother 90 yeas old was visiting us in the hotel and she wanted to see out room. unfortunately she was told she couldn’t go up to the room . I felt uncomfortable in that moment. I understand the hotel has rules but surely a little bit of discretion should apply sometimes.

Service was good Facilitys where ok , jacuzzi was in maintainance for the whole period of stay , that was the only problem

Jacuzzi was not working on top of building
