Nakúa Stay & Work Hotel

Hotel looks very decent but it is impossible to sleep at night with the music until the 5am in the morning. I suffered three and moved out next day

Stayed here 6 months ago and enjoyed it, so, I returned.

The bathroom toilet was making a sound to replenish the water, but I let them know upon check-out.

We loved the location as it is near by everything, Andres at the Front Desk very welcoming upon arrival - the team is SUPER responsive on WhatsApp to anything you need which truly enhances the overall experience. Property is well kept and safe. We upgraded to the penthouse on the third day because we noticed we needed more space (we are two very tall people) which I HIGHLY recommend to anybody if it is within your budget as we believe as well it is the most less noisy room on the property given its location. Great location. Great service. Great team. We had a little incident with the fire pit cover and the team was kind enough to waive any fee. This speaks volumes and again, it’s the team that makes the property! We will be back!

It is indeed noisy, it’s mostly the thumping bass and high tones of the Provenza clubs you’ll hear . Which are fine if you are used to city noise but can be persistent if you are trying to rest. They provide a sound machine and earplugs which is really thoughtful. Some smells of the exhaust fan of the restaurants located in the ground floor can be present. But changing to the penthouse made a huge difference for us.I don’t recommend the regular room if you plan on staying with two people and some luggage as there is little space. Only thing we would like to add is that the housekeeping team can do a bit of a better job at thorough cleaning as we noticed some hairs on the floors and bed that were not ours and behind doors there seemed to be some accumulated debriefs, and as our jacuzzi was not cleaned after the first day of use. We recommend ice holders in the penthouse for easier use of drinks.

The location was great. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

There was a bit of a language barrier, but nothing Google translator couldn't handle.

There are no on-site parking spaces and no shuttle service to the nearest parking lot.

The view from my room was really nice. It does get loud at night so bring earplugs. But, I enjoyed it for one night.

The decoration is of good standards and with hindsight that’s all it’s good in the property.

The space in the room is just too small. The bathroom in the hotel I moved next to was bigger than the whole bedroom I had in Nakua.

They didn’t have iron board, hangers, not even extra key to give you.

The location was everything if you are looking to party and to stay near Provenza area and don’t mind the LOUD music you can hear in the rooms.

The rooms as very small, nice and updated but SMALL, so if you are there for more than 3 nights the space with the luggage becomes minimal. They didn’t have hangers in the rooms and every time we needed something they didn’t have it or didn’t have enough. I had a lady coming over to do our hair and make up for a wedding we were attending and since the rooms were too small we asked to see if they can allow us to use the conference room, if it wasn’t being used. And they said they probably would have to charge us extra. Another thing was them sending us pictures of our beds saying that they couldn’t make the bed since we had stuff on top of the bed. Never asked for the bed to be made or the room to be cleaned that time. It was just out of place, they way the would send us messages on what’s app. I requested also for them to come and check on the air conditioner and they didn’t have personnel available at that time to go and check the AC. A lot of No’s and things they didn’t want to do much for us to have a better experience. I do not know what kind of guests they are used to have since is a party area, but their treatment wasn’t up to anybody’s standards. Again, great place and location and if you are not looking for a hotel with no hospitality value, this is the place for you.

We had a good location. El Poblado is filled with restaurants and nightlife. The personal was very dedicated and did a great job helping us with everything.

The room for two people was really small. Barely place to put our luggage. The toilette was small as well.

I loved the room, the staff, and the location (it's loud, but not that bad, and right in El Poblado, if you like that). You're in the middle of everything. The building was really cool and had a great view from the top.

Just know there is a ~$45 USD charge if you book a single room and have guests over (even if just for one night, or even one hour). So, if you're planning on... indulging, be sure to add that to your cost calculus.

The location is fantastic with lots of great shops, bars, restaurants, and nightlife within walking distance - literally the next street. It's reasonably close to public transport (20 mins walk). The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The standard rooms are a bit small but very well designed with lots of storage and they are immaculately clean.

There really isn't much to fault this hotel, so these comments are just minor details... Breakfast isn't included but there is room service available from the downstairs restaurant and loads of options on the surrounding streets.I thought the mattress was too hard, but that's a personal preference.

The staff upon check-in was horrible and not enthusiastic about anything. It was like they didn’t even want to be there. All the restaurants and the bar on property was closed, even though it was open a couple of months before they didn’t even have ice for drinks on property. I had to go to a convenience store to get it. It’s crazy because this was actually an investment property for foreigners

The hotel is closed to many restaurants and download centro. It has great view to the hill on top of the centro. The room has electric blind that is really new to me.

It will be nice if they can put a chair in the room.
