The breakfast

Breakfast Location

Serving coffee. Not convenient to wait to get coffee. Other issue coffee isn’t hot one would want.

Location and cleanliness was great. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great staff very reachable.. clean rooms

Bed could be more comfortable… otherwise ok

I really like the location, and the rooms were great. The space was adequate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the rooftop view.

I did not enjoy the breakfast very much, however, it was very well laid out serve served, and executed.

Restaurant hours.Location.

Some outside road noise.

I liked everything about this hotel. From the location,to the breakfast to the service! Top Notch!

I liked everything....

This hotel is located in a very walkable area of Medellín. Most of the staff were nice and welcoming. The room was clean.

The breakfast could have healthier options. The weight machine in the gym needs to be replaced. There was no body lotion, no face towel and no tissues offered in the bathrooms.

Breakfast was good althought a bit standard in comparisson to other hotels. The room had the perfect size for my family of 4. Location perfect since we could walk to 2 malls whr

Good location, however the access to Oviedo Mall is thorough a couple of steep stairs which make it difficult to some people to walk trough.

The location was perfect, the room was nice.Breakfast gets a little monotonous when you stay fof 10 days

The variation in breakfast options, pretty much the same every daj

They were great. Location was excellent loved the malls and everything around the area. Very safe to walk.

I liked everything about the Hotel.

Breakfast was nice with a great variety. Fantastic coffee

Most days the cleaning service did a great job cleaning the room and would take the old towels and forget to bring in new clean towels.

Everything was excellent once I got to the hotel,

The booking process was a nightmare and I almost booked on another hotel, paying from a USA atm card on line was ridiculous, and I was not able to book the stay that way, I had to go around the direct booking and book through a third party .

Everything, breakfast was great. Location was very good. Room was good

The location is perfect. There is an entrance to Oviedo mall and it's a 5 minutes walk from Santa Fe mall. Right in the heart of El Poblado. The room is clean and the service is great. There is a nice bar on the 15th floor with an amazing view. Breakfast was great. Staff is very helpful and will do everything to assist you. One of them (Anderson) even helped me get tickets to two football matches - and it was an amazing experience for me (really made my trip).

Clean. Great service from the staff. Rooms spacious and bed comfy. Breakfast excellent. Location awesome.

Internet is slow and sporadic. Might wait a minute or two when you click on something sometimes. Other times response sway was 5-10 seconds. Never was it what most people would consider acceptable.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfasr was good. Very centrally located

The room doors were heavy and someone closed it, it sounded very loud.
