Sites Hotel

This hotel is beautiful! It's very clean! The staff were very nice and were very patient with me not speaking alot of Spanish. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable! It was spacious. The rooftop was stunning and had amazingviews!

The only thing was that it had a kitchenette, but it didn't have any pots, pans, cooking utensils, the essential cooking needs (salt pepper oil) so I couldn't make anything. Also I had to buy my own soap and pepper towels to wash my dishes.

Everything is the way I like it. Clean,rooms are spacious. Everyone on the staff is very attentive. Breakfast has a lot of options. I will be using this as my preferred hotel when I'm in Medellín.

The apartment has small kitchenette, but little to no utensils or cups or plates if you want to have coffee or tea. Or if you want to warm up your leftovers. Has a dishwasher but no soap for it, etc. They happily gave me extra cups the first night that we wanted to have tea and the next day they took them away. So I had to ask again for it. Please be careful getting out of the pool, the floor on the shower and walk way is very, very slippery if wet. My father fell down. The staff was responsive. Emergency services came and evaluated him. Going for xray tomorrow.

The beds were very comfortable, and the location outstanding. The view is amazing, and the breakfast in the morning was World Class. Reasonable priced, and you can tell that the staff love working there. Highly recommended.

Corridors are a little noisy and breakfast could be better.

Very nice location. Restaurants in the area were very good. Walkable to a lot of parks and easy access to public transport.

Location, breakfast & the city itself

Overpriced restaurant & especially the „last moment“ that matters: check-out surprise with 25 dollars for 2 bottles of water & not trusting us. Not really necessary to give the customers at the end a bad experience, as we will always remember the hotel due this unnecessary experience.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and ample. Bed was comfortable

Beautiful boutique hotel with a library feel and wonderful views of Medellin. Very wide windows! Rooms are spacious with a small balcony, living room and kitchenette. Staff allowed an early check in at no charge. Beautiful pool although small with views of Medellín in the top floor. Restaurant food is Italian and tasty. Breakfast has ample choices —fruits,cereal, soup, rice, ham and cheeses.

The toilet water pressure was awful. The bathroom area near the sink had a tilt such that water drained down to the floor. Not a showstopper because the rest of the hotel is wonderful. Late checkout through 6pm is half the day rate. Beyond that, they charge a full day. Restaurant staff are not attentive. They keep you waiting endlessly.

The location. It is about 20 minutes walk to the main area.

Located in quiet, safe area. about 15-20 min walk to main street with restaurants, bars, tourist area.Decent 3* room, large balcony with view of mountains.Good breakfast

1. At check-in the bill is getting higher than booked, with some additional charges. Had to request to remove.The couple checking in before us had the same issue. So, would recommend to check it in the check-in not at check-out.2. Pool was closed at 9 pm 3. Balcony has high wall, so you can enjoy the view by standing only4. The shower needs an update. Showerhead was clogged and looked old

It has no laundry, jacuzzi can be hotter, bathroom en bedroom should have more light as they are too dark

It was such a nice hotel!! We loved the food, spending time at the rooftop when the kids were in the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great neighborhood and lots of things to do around!

We love everything. The staff is really nice and helpful . Common areas very clean , great view and location . Also we appreciated the breakfast hours are larger . To 11am on weekends !

It was a really great place! With view to the mountains and the commercial site of Medellín. Don't forget to try the rooftop pool with a cocktail! The room was big, clean and really comfortable.Breakfast was awesome (The attention can be improved). There are a lot of options and you can order extra food like eggs and bacon(But you need to ask the waiters) I didn't really like the staff, I felt like an intruder and they were asking who we were every time. Also the attention in the breakfast wasn't the best. I think that the price was on the expensive side for what is offered.TL;DR The place is great, location really great, the staff were not the best and a little bit overpriced

Great room , very comfortable and very well located.

The shower did not function fully - the head was leaking from the top connection and the hot water used to suddenly change temperature so you can get scalded

I liked it wasn't to far from other places we didn't mind walking. The staff was really nice and my room was nice with a nice view

The first or second night the elevators were down so we had to walk up and down the stairs and i was on the 11th floor. And the fact I had to pay to have people come to my room I've never been to any hotel in any country that did that so it was weird other than that I loved my stay here
