Great location! Staff at breakfast were very friendly, and the room was always kept clean except for the bathroom leak.

There was a leak in our bathroom that was not fixed. Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable and only 2 blankets were given, we had to ask for another one.

The breakfast consisted of fix items such as fruits, breads, pastries, and items that were changed every day, such as soups and snacks. The restaurant personnel were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and was well cleaned. I like the location. Very close to Avenida Poblado, but still no nuisance from the heavy traffic.

I like everything about this hotel. Check-in and Check-out process was efficient. The reception personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. They make us feel at home far away from home.

Very quiet and a safe location.

The staff is caring but needs to be a little more practical and professional. We reached the hotel at 2 p.m., and the staff was adamant about not getting into the room before 3 p.m. (the formal check-in time), though there were many vacant rooms. The management should have at least one person who understands English for its foreign guests.

The facilities within the room, the staff and the room service were fantastic. The location was also very good!

Not so many choices in the breakfast buffet and the hotel didn't have much facilities (outside the room). The treadmill in the gym was not working. Not so many choices in the gym, which was dissapointing.

I loved the location, the staff, and the hospitality provided! There was nothing more that I would have changed.

The safety box in my room could have been examined prior to getting the keys. The safety box needed some battery changes and I had to wait 20 minutes to get them changed. It wasn't a big deal, but simply bringing this up to ensure that the first entrance is smooth. Additionally, I had some clothes washed by the laundry. I was told that the clothes would be left into my room. I spent a day outside and had to call the front desk to have my clothes delivered to my room. Maybe there was a misunderstanding, but thought I should bring this up.

The location was perfect. Quit not much trafic and still close to the Restaurant and shopping malls.

The staff was exceptional. One lady speaks English. But even still the others who spoke only spanish we're eager to make my stay comfortable. I will book again 100%. High reccomendation.

Kind and helpful staff. Great location. Room facilities a tad old but well-maintained. Everyone was very kind from the receptionists, security and breakfast staff. The staff was more than ready to help me with transportation, deliveries and overall questions. Room service was great too. I would recommend this stay.

I love the service of every employee from the property. Everyone were very customer service oriented. They make my mother and myself feel like home. Thanks to Mr Alvaro , Miss Maria Fernandez , Alejandra , Angie . Also at the restaurant Mr Max , Aracellys , Johanna make us special every morning. Mr Ronald also very nice.
