Inntu Hotel

Reception staffs were very kind.

They charged over 16.000 pesos to eat chocolate and potato chips. I paid because only just over $5 and taxi was waiting. We are both diabetic. Why don't eat chocolate? Also chip wasn't in room. So we picked it up from grocery store

the Inntu hotel was excellent from location, staff, food and spa services all were awesome.

Stayed there a few years ago and had to go back. Great neighborhood away from all the other tourists but whst you expect from a 4 start hotel. I will be back again for sure.

Excellent location. Restaurants, local bakery a park and an excellent massage shop all within walking distance.

Location and walking distance to all the restaurants and stores. The staff was very nice and helpful and spoken some English.

The wi-fi internet connection could be better. I kept having problems connecting.

Well lets start with the internet, although they know that there were doing changes in the network. No one tells you anything, only if you complain. There is not router in the room, so the lady came to install it, it did not work and left the room before it did. Very disappointing this hotel.How is possible got so many stars. Beside you need to ask for everything to be provided, there was not iron, there were not clothing hangers. And none of the three phone of the room worked. So if yoy need something you need to come down to reception to get it.

Excellente location in Laureles. Neighborhood felt safe. There were a lot of great dining options within walking distance from the hotel. La 70 is also not too far away if you're looking for a fun night out. Loved invigorating morning walks in the quiet and nice neighborhood around the hotel. It felt it was a great spot from where to explore the Laureles neighborhood

Breakfast options were very limited and quality was not that great, but you have to keep in mind its not a top end hotel, so you can't be expecting great culinary experiences. I thought it was decent enough for what you're paying and if you prefer something different there were a few great breakfast spots within walking distance

The staff is EXCELLENT PLUS, everybody is willing to help with a smile their faces, specially the reception and restaurant personnel. Very nice and safe location.

I think they need to pay attention a little more on updating the bathrooms, the walls did have mildew and it looks all, the trash can was broken.

My husband, my family, and I have been visiting this hotel for several years. What we have noticed over time since we started coming is a steady deterioration of the infrastructure. The floors are falling apart, the doors are missing pieces, the air conditioning doesn’t work, and the water is very difficult to manage. During our last stay, we only had hot and super-hot water, which made it impossible to take a shower without discomfort. The towels were old and rough. And I could go on. We will not be returning, despite the location and the staff

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The sheets were dirty and they just shook them and left them that way. Small adjustments need to be made, keeping in mind that it is well-centered and can be recommended.??

It was away from any bars or nightclubs so I was able to sleep in peace and quiet. Also there was hygiene gear available in my room. I usually have to ask for it. A lot of restaurants near by.

The wifi was horrible in my room. I had a slightly okay service in my room and none in the bathroom.

There was one of the managers that had a bad attitude but I spoke to the owner and he said he would take care of it.

Excelent......super clean. a lot of diferent kind of restaurants ...and ice cream shops....arepita truck ect near.The first day we got an issue with the ac but they sent some one to solve the problem right away.

First lady at desk was stonewalling politely but unhelpfully.when we were told at 10.30am checkin no exception only at 3pm. We offered, as is common (eg Hilton Garden Inn, Bogota airport), to pay between 50-100% extra for early checkin, any room, any floor. Unhelpful evasive answer that entire hotel unavailable for earlier checkin, also not possible to come earlier at 2pm. We grudgingly stored our bags, went to Comuna 13 for a great time, returned at 2pm when a different lady at front desk.... an absolutely lovely, diamond class lady was very very helpful. She said sure, no problem, room ready in 5 minutes, have a coffee, got us into the room just like that. Saw her next day, she is absolutely fabulous at customer care.
