A quick check-in process, nice staff and good breakfast

The surrounding places with high-volume music made it a little difficult to sleep

Good attention and choice of breakfast.

Windows? my room was nice, comfortable, clean but a little costifobic no windows did not like that part of the room. Would not stay again in a room with no windows given the choice.

breakfast was simple but good. for me location, comfort and the service were the most important and it always satisfies my expectations, so I always stay in this hotel when in Medellin.

The location, I was looking for something more quiet, and even the platform says I was able to cancel anytime, I not see the option in the mobile app, and the staff of the place did not help me with that.

Too much noise from outside at night could not sleep

The room was very spacious and had a nice desk. The staff were extremely helpful. Although there was no ice machine, they were always willing to get me a cup of ice. They also always offered to help me with my bicycle.

It's right on the 70 where there are many bars and discos, so it was noisy until quite late at night.The jacuzzi was not available.

Location, cleaning, confortable beds.

Location wise .. all around restaurants

The noise of a disco all night long.... could not sleep the whole night to noisy

The location of the hotel is excellent! The price of the room was very fair. The complete staff, (reception and housekeeping), performed their duties professionally and were very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. The wi-fi worked very well. The shower had plenty of hot water.

The one drawback that prevented me from giving the hotel an excellent rating for comfort was the noise! While the bed was comfortable, it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. The room overlooked the main street and the noise from the bars, restaurants and traffic was very loud into the wee hours of the morning.

Comfy place and a really good location. We hoped for more for the price though.

Soooo loud. Every time someone on our level opened or closed a door, our door would shake and we’d wake up thinking someone was coming in. You can hear everything in other peoples rooms/hallway etc so we didn’t get a decent sleep.

this is the 3rd time i stay, and the always have a roach problem, not too many but you see them around. The TV is outdated you can’t even stream your own Netflix. last day out they were claiming the tv remote, what am I going to do with a remote from an old TV, the obvious would be when they cleaned the room it went with the linens, it can happen to anyone. The safe deposit box were not working in 2 of the 3 rooms we rented for a while week. The other problem were getting our room keys to work, every time we had ti go back downstairs to get it activated. i don’t know if they changed management or owners but the place keeps going down in value and it’s shame for such great location and staff

Nice location in Laureles, the second top-spot in Medellin after El Poblado. Is pretty close to a MetroRail station and close to bars, restaurants, and a grocery store.

All the noise from the street can be heard inside the room at the second floor.

Good breakfast included. Eggs, sausage, fruit, bread, juice, coffee, chocolate. Well located in a busy area with many restaurants. Fairly large room, clean, all the basics. Free underground parking.

Nothing to speak of. It’s not a luxury hotel, but has everything you need at a fair price.
