Hotel Lincoln

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our visit. The hotel is located a short walk from the metro and multiple restaurants in every direction. A neighborhood worth exploring.

Great location and the room is very quiet at night. It’s hard to find a very comfortable bed in this town, most are very firm. Lincoln has very comfortable beds.

Beautiful place, Nivea beds and deco. Breakfast was amazing.

We were given a room and there were repairs next door. It was difficult to rest. Una rejilla de ventilación sobre mi cabeza mientras me duchaba. El staff no se pronunció al respecto.

The spaces looked brand new and clean, also, the staff was really helpful and willing to assist us with anything. The hotel is cozy and nearby there are a lot of bars and restaurants. Location is a 10. The breakfast was good, however, eggs are the only option avaliable. I loved the shower and they also have hot water.

We have a few problems with the internet, basically, during our stay there the internet did not work and we had to go to a coworking. Besides, they did not have a big parking lot, hence, we were in the middle of a meeting and he had to rush to move the car and the worst part was that the card key did not work, so, we always have to ask someone to open our rooms door and it was kinda annoying but the internet thing was the worst part.

The room was ruined the water not stop to drip from the shower without stopping, everything destroyed... a big ,big difference between what shown in booking and in reality ...a disasterÎn few words not go there never!!!

It's in a central neighborhood, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and willing to help.

When they clean the room, they don't clean the floor, which is quite bad, and sometimes you hear the noise of the main street of discos and bar.

Nice location, but would not stay again unless they lowered the price to the level it is actually worth. Good breakfast tho.

Booked a nicer room with jaccuzi and hoped for a few nights of a nicer stay where we can relax and unwind from constant travelling, but unfortunately have stayed in budget hotels that were better. Feels overpriced for what it is. First night there was a loud party next room until 4am that was not stopped. Second morning at 5am a loud whiny noise woke us, thought it was coming from our room because it was so loud, but it was either next door or the elevator, when I wrote to the hotel they said it is because they were doing renevations, but it was not mentioned before I booked…wish it would have been since I wouldn’t have booked there then. Also the ac remote was empty and couldn’t change the temperature, when you take a shower you need to do it in the jaccuzi and it is very uneven under your feet. Staff is not too helpful when you have issues.

Noise from the neighborhood, no table or desk to work in a junior suite, no mirror in the bathroom, no outlet to charge phone near the bed.

Very clean, staff is quite helpful and friendly. The bed is super comfortable in the room I had. Which was a welcome surprise. Most places here have very firm or “ Hard “ beds. Breakfast is very organized and well prepared. You wait for nothing.

Aside from having to ask two days in a row for towels because we were given none. They never dropped the. Off as they said they would luckily I had pack one my self the elevator didn’t work two days.

Seems like they have a shortage of things the breakfast options are limited closer to 9am you get what’s left over and available.

The room was perfect, loved the style! It was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast also was abundant, diverse and delicious, served in a trendy and nicely decorated lounge.

The only bad thing was the noise … although we were so tired every evening that had no problems sleeping! Anyways, that’s not really the hotel’s problem.

first thing to be said about hotel Lincoln is the attention and the service of Mr Jorge at the reception!!!he is the star of this hotel and to my honest opinion this hotel would be less then good without this man!! he provide QUALITY SERVICE above and beyond expectations !!i mean in every aspect of a traveler needs !! From the moment i called him about my booking mistake (I made a mistake in my arrival date) to the fact that i left my reading book at check out! ! i mistakenly booked my stay at hotel Lincoln from Monday 8 of April but i was coming in on Tuesday 9th of April.Mr Jorge showed interest in giving me the best solution to this problem ,as well did he and Miss Daniella in helping me recover my reading book a few days after i left the hotel !! they did all they could for me to get my book delivered to my friend address . so for that thank you both so much!! this hotel has a great location if you come to enjoy Medellin as a tourist that love to be in all the night happening if so then this hotel has the perfect location for types of tourists interested in Medellin night life!!otherwise the noise would be bothersome at night because even though i had a inside room, i was still able to hear music the whole night through! the room was very spacious but i would suggest updating them as well the bathroom ! but the spaciousness of the room is far more then i expected so for that reason i liked the room! the breakfast is as well very good ! and the staff are very attentive to the hotel guests !!

the hotel is up to renovation and or remodeling the rooms and bathrooms perhaps ? i haven't seen all of the rooms but at least my room needs it !And the reception area should be more inviting as well and the office area should be kept more privately from the reception and or entrance to the hotel.
