Hotel bh El Poblado

Nice areas throughout the hotel to relax and talk with friens. Great breakfast menu. Very cordial staff8

Cleanliness

Noisy, water failed, gym is terrible, poor multi lingual staff, airport transfer did not arrive

Excelente location very nice staff very clean & good breakfast

I liked everything

Spacious room. Good mattress . Good pillow, good A/C. Good bathroom

Broken phone.any time you needed to ask staff about something, you had to go down from the room to the lobby?. Breakfast buffet mediocre. Terrible coffee. Awful coffee machines. Quality of eggs… not the best. Breakfast should be till 10:00 AM.

Staff helpful and always respectful

Hotel in good area. Big mall across and lots of restaurants

Nice clean property close to shopping mall & restaurants, Very good selection for breakfast! Nice view from terrace!

The location of this hotel is perfect, you can walk to multiple places from here, the staff of the hotel is great and the views from the hotel breakfast area are amazing

The bathroom door in the hotel room didn’t close properly. It’s clear the bathroom has undergone some repairs, but not with the best quality. I wouldn’t expect this from a 4-star hotel. The noise at night from the nearby avenue was awful. The windows do not insulate sound well—you can clearly hear cars, sirens, and even fireworks throughout the night. This is definitely not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Good hotel, good parking,great breakfast.

A louddly neighbor.

The view and the location

No habia tocino en el desayuno

Has a great location, near many things

We had an issue at 9:30PM were the water from the shower was not going down the drain and flooded outside the shower, causing all the room to be wet. We went and talked to the person in reception and he had an offensive tone of voice. He said that he will send someone to fix it and clean up although we requested to change rooms. When we questioned him about not giving us a new room, he simply said that there was no more rooms available on the hotel at that hour and that the problem will be solve by cleaning the mess.

Very clean and friendly staff, great location

Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast is fantastic.

Exceptional

I have been traveling around the world for the last 30 years, and this is the first time I got charged for the coffee machine in the room.

LOCATION OF HOTEL, CLOSE TO MALL AND RESTAURANTS...

STREET NOISE WAS LOUD IN ROOMS FACING THE HIGHWAY HARD TO SLEEP AT NIGHT, STAFF WAS NICE AND CHANGED US AFTER FIRST NIGHT...NO RESTAURANT.

Room was very comfortable. I was lucky to have a high floor with a beautiful view of the city. Room was also pretty quiet and sound proof. TV with alot of channels. Also enjoyed the breakfast service on the rooftop. Oh, and the courtesy beer was a great gesture! I think that may have been the first time a hotel gave me a free drink. I would stay here again.

No restaurant or dinner service. Only breakfast, bar/cafe.

very good breakfast, home page , centrally located, in front of santa fe shopping mall, nice and friendly personnel

difficult to work coffee maker, hard to get hot water for tea after breakfast

Excellent Property in Medellin. Huge MALL right across the street. Tasty Breakfast & clean room.

Room is big and comfy, all the basics are covered. Location is exceptional. Very safe location and away from the noise of El Poblado but still close everything. There is even a mall directly across so no problem if you need anything.

Soundproofing is a bit weak, you can still some noise from outside especially during rush hours. Also, needs some improvements on breakfast options and quality, but there is a mall across the street so no problem with that.

Excellent location, clean and neat rooms, the Front Desk Staff are very attentive and helpful ready to give information and solve any inconvenience

The room with balcony are not soundproof, the noise from the avenue can be heard all the night

Location is superb! Walking distance to Santa Fe and Oviedo Shopping Mall. Breakfast was delicious and varied and the kitchen staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed the large shower head in the bathroom.

At check in we were notified that breakfast was not included while it was stated in the booking confirmation that this was the case. Also the in the hotel system the reservation was only for 2 people whilst booking we specified for 4 adults plus 1 child, so there definitely was some miscommunication here unfortunately.
