Cleanness, very old rooms and furniture

I stayed in double room 2. I believe some other could be better.Rooms are simple and old but with a good space. Bed is comfortable, with 4 pillows.Shower is good.Is is like a house. You get all the keys and help yourself to get in and out.The first day, I didn't see anyone on the kitchen to serve breakfast (not included). The other two days, someone was there.

They advertise as having luggage storage, but there is just no one in front desk to receive or delivery the luggage outside some very limited hours. Just that misinformation will make me remove 3 starts from review.Since my room is next to the road, don't expect any silence there. 5 AM you will hear noise from cars and 11 PM, also fromloud music from bars across the street.The first day, I didn't see anyone on the kitchen to serve breakfast (not included). The other two days, someone was there.

The room in lobby next to road. Practically it should not be listed in Booking.com . The quality of rooms are getting worse in Booking.com you cannot trust pictures anymore. It is Booking.com fault that let these things happen often

Value for money is incredible with this one, the rooms are old school and a bit run down, but everything was clean. The shower worked well, and it is located in on of the best neighborhoods in Medellin. With everything you could ask for accessible on foot

Cleanness location and the staff

The staff is friendly, the place is well located, close to metro, mall and cafes. Its extremely safe and nice, the room is big. Everything was clean, and they clean the place often and change towels too. Highly recommend.

The room was extremely clean and spacious. The room was well equipped. Staff were super friendly. We liked the location as it felt very safe, was close to the metro and was also lots quieter and more chill.

From the information on booking.com we thought we had access to a kitchen and you don’t.

Clean room with comfortable bed, I liked the view from the window. The price was quite good when I booked.

Internal doors are little bit old, like the one of the bathroom, window or the wardrobe couldn't be closed perfectly. But nothing much of a problem actually.

Location is in el Poblado, 10 minutes walk from the busy area in calle 10,which for us it was perfect. Its very authentic hotel and people working there. The room is ok size, but very clean and everything is functional. Near the place there's a big shopping mall. In general it is worth the money for the accommodation and service that you get.

Great location, we felt very safe waking home at all hours of the morning/night. Very secure too. Staff very helpful, easy to check in and out. Wifi was great, comfy beds too.

One thing that was confusing -when we booked through booking.com, we got an email asking us to pay on a different app. We didn’t have internet so missed the email, so it charged card on file (as we expected it to). We still got more emails asking to pay on this other app - we ignored them as had seen the payment come out already. So just keep an eye on your card account, and if asked to pay again just ignore it! Think it’s a mix up with booking.com and the hotel itself

The breakfast/ lunch were ok. They need more variety, say fruits, cereal, different kind of breads.Maybe a menu for each day of the week? The persons at the kitchen, the attendants, the Administrator, exceptionally kind. They want to please us!It was a pleasure for me to return to this lovable hotel!I recommended to friends/ tourist.

I already mentioned to have a variety of fresh fruits. Could it be to have some small snacks bags, nuts, to sell, beside the pastry…

5 minutes walk from a huge shopping mall and supermarket and a very safe area. Friendly staff and lovely common lounge area. Rooms had a little balcony which was nice.

Not the most comfortable bed in the world.

The first room was good. We liked and we booked the same one for the rest of the holidays

They changed our booking without telling us. We had booked the nice big room where we stayed before. We chose to come back at the hotel because we like that room. Reception said it was ok. After 2 days we went back to the hotel, and the reception said the room wasn't available anymore. They gave us a smaller one, at the same price. We asked if we could have a discount and they refused. It was late to reserve another hotel. I gave 6, it's average between 8 the first time and 4 the second.

Great location. The room has excellent amenities, including refrigerator.

It is a little bit noisy.

- the walk from El Poblado is 30 mins which can be difficult in hot weather.

The breakfast was okay...but should have been included with the room. I like the location

My room was too small

Very great location. Great place for first or last night in town. Hot water was excellent.

No cups in room or downstairs. I Needed to take my pills. Found empty pizza box under bed.

Loved the old style of the hotel. Amparo was a lovely lady who helped us when we couldn't stay there.

Booked on Booking, arrived at the hotel and confronted trouble. Apparently the person in our room hadn't left and so we didn't have a room. Quite annoying but the lady working helped us find another hotel- just disappointing on Ayenda's behalf but what can you do.

This is a great place to stay. Super convenient location, close to restaurant, supermarket, shopping and the main road. I will return the next time I am in town. They also have a great little court yard for sitting or enjoying your breakfast or coffee.

Nothing, everything was great.
