Room was clean.

Hotel charged me twice due to their credit card machine malfunctioning. It’s been almost a month and still no refund yet. This is bad service. The breakfast menu is very limited.

The size of the room and the location. Very nice staff. I loved the rooftop restaurant.

The locations was perfect! The security also. The food also, the restaurant.

They charged you insurance cost without telling you in advance near at the counter. The building was not maintained well cracks in the wall, the door has problems to open with keycard we ask to solve it, they simply say it was your phone is blocking it, that weren’t true we even had our phone next to it, problems with tv it was outdated wifi wont connect the first 3-4days, the fridge cabinet door wont close. And the breakfast is not buffet, the menu is all considered. I suggest put a option that the client himself can choose his breakfast

My room needed to be set for 4 person and wasn’t ready. Bathroom shower was too powerful and water was pouring out of the shower

Comfy bed, friendly staff, excellent food, convenient location.

Jacuzzi that l paid a big difference for did not work during our stay, and they couldn't fix it.

restaurant up stairs was pricey with no vegan or vegetarian options. music too loud it was hard to have a conversation and hear.

1/5 – Horrible Experience, Avoid This PlaceThis was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The walls in the room were completely scratched and filthy, and the entire hotel smells like humidity. They try to cover it up with strong air fresheners, which honestly makes it even worse.There is zero privacy here. You can hear everything through the walls: music, conversations, even intimate noises from other rooms. It was impossible to feel comfortable.I was at the property for less than 30 minutes before deciding I could not stay

This was the second time staying here and we really love the location how it is situated close to malls, food areas etc.

The cleaning this time around could’ve been a bit better and maybe switch up breakfast menu a bit with more options. But overall nothing else everything was fine.

You can hear the loud noises from outside or next door

Clean. Everyday they clean the room with respect.

Noise. I chose the hotel coz it’s a not near the noises but not far from establishments. But the walls are too thin and you can hear others talk and the bar upstairs you hear the music really loud. Bar have good food but overpriced.

Il like the spaciousness of the rooms. Also it is very safe and well located. The price was ok.

I did not like the staff. Also it was very loud at night. The staff was not accommodating when complained about the noise.
