We liked the hotel and food at the restaurant. The location was very central. Staff was helpful and friendly and spoke English.

The location is great, the service was amazing, the building is beautiful!

The rooms are a bit small, the vent in the bathroom is very very noisy. Also, breakfast was not included and for the price of the room they should have included breakfast, most hotels I have stayed in Medellin have complimentary breakfast.

We loved the design of the rooms, and the location in the Poblado neighbourhood. Breakfast was not included with a room and a bit pricy, but the buffet was excellent.

Very loud construction noises woke us up quite early every morning - even through earplugs. Something to consider if you’re picking this hotel to rest.

Had an amazing time here. The rooms were neat and tidy, a bit small - but extremely quiet considering you’re in the middle of everything. The day shift front desk guy was (12/19) was very helpful and always pleasant to talk to.

The location was great! So close to restaurants, bars, shopping. The staff overall was extremely friendly! The rooms were cool looking and comfortable! There were plenty of power outlets, comfy beds, good water pressure, clean, good black out curtains, good sound proofing! The front desk staff overall was so friendly, helpful, and their English was excellent! The hotel had a cool vibe and looked very cool. They provided two bottles of water in the room, WIFI, extra towels upon request, and helped with contacting laundry services. Great value for money!

If we're being picky? Water leaked through a crack from the shower to the toilet area... but this is being picky. Also, a ledge / shelf in the shower for out personal items would have been nice.

The room was infested with ants, and there is a coffee maker in the room but they will not give you coffee pods, only 3 per the whole stay, I was there 6 ix nights.

The hostel has good facilities and the staff is very friendly.

But the internet is very very bad mainly in the rooms, and it has no common areas to make friends and the bar is very boring.

if you like your good night sleep don’t come here!!!! it’s so loud at nights you won’t sleep, when I told that to the reception the best that they could do was giving me ear plugs (not to mention the music is so loud and the rooms are so not isolated that even with earplugs you can hear it like it is inside your room!!)bad customer service

Nice location in El Poblado and near Provenza (the main street for tourist nightlife in Medellin), staff were helpful and spoke some English, rooms were comfortable and spacious with good shower, the common areas were nice and lively

We had booked to stay in a larger dorm but were told there had been some issue so we were put in a 4 bed dorm which was annoying as we wanted to meet other travellers and be sociable which is easier in a big dorm

Location was very good as there are a lot of restaurantes and mini markets near by. The room was very small but clean and looked like the pictures they show on booking. We were able to darken the room with the curtains. Staff was nice, A/C and Wifi was working well.

It is not allowed to eat food brought in at the rooftop or at the seating area. At night you can hear the music from the club so better bring earplugs. The breakfast was average.

Great location in the center of the poblado, good location and friendly staff. Stylish and new hotel. They took it without breakfast, because for 2 weeks in Colombia they ate omelettes and wanted more varied food. Near the hotel there are a lot of cafes and restaurants for every taste and budget. The selection is huge and interesting. Most of all I liked the shower, it was great and hot water! We have lived in many regions and have something to compare.

Amazing! Staff was friendly and very helpful! Location was great, atmosphere everything. The only suggestion will be to add a TV and full body mirror to the private rooms! :D

the location is great , easy to get around and it’s just in the Center of poblado .

the staff at the front desk , I believe their Favorite word to say is NO. this is a hostel, you would expect them to have a fridge or so . I asked them to hold something I bought and needs to be fridge , and there was a instant NO with no solutions . I don’t need to cook or anything , just went to Guatapé , bought some cheese to bring with me to my hometown, so just needed them to hold it for me while I leave . the least I would expect is for them to provide with a solution . any other hotel or a least a hostal will have this sort of amenity . super disappointed. when I tried to check in she is trying to fight with me on my dates on my passport and she didn’t know how to count, and it’s trying to tell me I been in Colombia longer than I should . how is someone like this working here .

- staff was really nice- breakfast is buffet style — excellent — best I ve ever seen- showers are fantastic: hot & pressure

- first room: internet wasn’t working. But worked in other rooms and public areas- many hostels have panels showing what to do each day, happy hours and other things. None in this hostel
