Location isn¿t good. Hotel is old , needs maintenance. Nope !!!

My booking was cancelled due to no room for us, the Manager informed that the hotel was full and booking.com showed availability which is not the case, we had to pay for 1 night only which the price was higher on what we booked and for the next day we had to look for another hotel, Mngr at least helped us with another closer hotel to stay at.

Breakfast was excellent. Support from personnel was very good and installations and location equally great.

I got there at 230pm and told them I had a reservation... but I forgot to hit the finish button on the booking so they said they didn't have additional rooms and were sold out. Then I immediately tried to get the room again with booking and it went through I was happy. I told the guy and he said his system wasn't updated yet and he had to checkin a team of soccer players. I waited an hour and a half... spoke to the manager and she said she will get with me in another 35 to 45 mins.... so I just left and never got the room.... the customer service was just way too horrible.

The employees seemed irritated that they had to deal with me... and had me wait without explanation for over 1 hr 45 mins

Nice breakfast, clean rooms with nice views

Most facilities were out of service: the TV didn't work, the bed was squeaking, the pin pong table didn't have balls to play, the jacuzzi was broken

The room that I requested to be with view at the stadium was no provided no fridge at the room plus the ac worked really bad.This is my 4th time in this hotel and the first time that I was no happy with my room

Just the hot water took a few minutes to warm up,and the wifi connection when I move from one place to the other.

Walking distance from the metro station, shops, restaurants all around with prices for locals. You can easily catch a taxi anywhere around the hotel.

Nice rooms but bad choice of cheap flooring which is already showing signs of wear! :(

I stayed at this hotel for three nights in room 1007, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service provided to guests is poor, and neither the staff nor the management addresses complaints effectively. For example, I reported that the security lock on my room door was defective. Despite raising this issue, no action was taken, and I left the hotel with the problem unresolved. This lack of attention to guest safety is unacceptable. Additionally, the hallway leading to the room is very dimly lit, which creates an unsettling and insecure feeling. During breakfast, I requested a cappuccino, but the waiter refused to assist me, insisting that I had to order it myself. Only after I expressed my frustration did he bring the cappuccino to me. However, I was then charged 20,000 COP as a tip without my consent. This is outrageous, especially considering the cappuccino itself costs only 10,000 COP. Charging a tip that is more than double the cost of the item ordered is unacceptable. Overall, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. There are better options in the surrounding area that offer superior service at more reasonable prices.

Location! We were in town for the weekend for a concert, so the location was prime!

Our room was extremely outdated, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and overall the cleanliness wasn't as we expected.

The menu of the restaurant didn't have variety for lunch and dinner. The eggs were served cold. The arepas didn't have any taste. The staff was excellent.

The bell boys and the cleaning staff, they were super proactive and try to make magic in order to solve what they can.

Front desk Service was horrible since the moment we arrive to the moment we leave. I book 4 nights (2 rooms) and the 2nd day we decide to leave the hotel and get other hotel. For sure, they don’t work any kind of refund because was worked through Booking. Booking Cust Service answer me “Sorry, we will contact the hotel; we are happy to book your next trip when you’re ready” but no refunds.Long story short. Rooms with issues in the electronic lock so they give you a key that you need to return and pick back each time you enter the hotel.My room doesn’t have a phone. The TV don’t work, ask 6 times to be able to get ir repaired on day 2 morning. Each time a upper floor open a shower (I was in 10th floor) the noise and vibration in my room wake up all my family. Bkfst included was cold and simple, served in floor 14th that is small and open, regarding they are in a renovation that is not announced at the time of the reservation. No workers working in any of the renovation during my whole stay (Wed, Thu and AM Fri).My highlight of the trip was the hotel change!
