Good location, very clean, excellent staff, good breakfast

The mattress was too firm and hot water in the shower was not reliable.

The mattresses were horrible. Very uncomfortable and too hard. The breakfast was average.

The location was exceptionally good and close to all restaurants and cafes. The hotel was very clean and we'll maintained and the staff was very friendly and professional.

It was right in the main strip .. very close to everything.. the stores and the night clubs was right around the corner..beautiful hotel .. elevator was small but the rooms and shower was perfect ¿¿

Some staff friendly, location, rooms newer.

Air conditioner broke and had to change rooms at 1am. They tried to give us a lower quality room, and offered no compensation. Our car got blocked in by another car they directed to park there and we were trapped for 45 minutes. Staff was cold and rude.

Staff very accommodating, rooms exceptionally clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the location. A 10 out of 10.

I can’t think of one thing I would change and that’s a rarity.

Hard bed but turns out most of the beds in Columbia are on the firm side as I came to find out. lol.

The location has just about everytning. Food, Shopping, and entertainment.

Good location

The staff was cold, rude, and made me feel uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone. I didn’t feel safe or welcomed at all. I booked this hotel specifically for the jacuzzi and steam room, and they were out of order the entire time — even though I was told daily they’d be working “soon“.

Very clean friendly staff great location.

Rules about having a friend over in the room are not stated at all in the booking listing. If I wanted to have a friend see me they had to wait for me downstairs but could not come to the room not even for 1 min. This affects the experience and while this is their rule it should be stated in their rules on booking.com and should not be a surprise when a guest arrives. If I knew this I would not a booked a stay there.

great location , great staffs , safe location

Very sympathetic and professional staff at the reception, especially Valentina. Really good helpful job! Also the senoras from the cleaning stuff very heartful so that you feel comfortable at the hotel. They always cleaned up the rooms very well. It was always everything at its place and very clean.

Only It’s location.

The attitude of the employees were very negative. The problem we faced: eventhough we had a reservation from Booking AND the confirmation email we had with the number of people staying, AND the payment they received for the first day of our arrival, on our 3rd day they told us that they made a mistake, and asked for the double price. They kept asking it every morning and night during our stay. They didn't accept the booking confirmation we showed them through the most common platform Booking.com. The funny thing is that on Booking the price of the room is the same whether you stay 1 person or 2! Even we showed this, they couldn't explain the reason for asking a double price.
