Nice looking modern hotel and staff.

No air conditioning in the room, just a fan. No fan in the bathroom. Room doesn't get cleaned daily. Breakfast was awful.

Location and 3 separate bathrooms. Good mattrass and pillow.

The rooms where not cleaned daily.Not enough dishware for 3 people.A waterheater would have been nice.Extra towels would have been nice.There is no normal way to use the ventilor in the rooms. The electrical is to far and the cord is too short.Bar stools would have been nice. A sidetable next to the sofa would have been nice.Extra toiletpaper would be nice.The faucet of the bathroom sink was broken The shower will burn you with hot water. It will not turn easily to cold.There was a green light flickering in the ceiling light in the middle room (like, is there a camera?!)Some extra hangers would be nice.A steamer or iron would be nice.A large mirror in the bedrooms would be nice.

Privileged location in the city, the staff were kind and accommodating at every request, good breakfast, cool co-working space with an amazing internet connection, and excellent price for the big group we were. The industrial and slick looks demonstrated a high degree of tidiness.

There was a necessity to maintain the ducts and sewer tubes out of plagues because we had some animals coming out from the siphons. The workout facilities really need a boost to make the most out of them.

The desk people were all excellent. Their English was excellent. They were very helpful. I liked Kevin the best.

I had a problem with collecting a lost jacket.

The door of the toilet was broken and it was not possible to close it. The sink has some problem.Breakfast is very poor and there's no water

The location and design

No place to leave the luggage before chekin and after checkout, and the staff does not care about it. The staff was not helpful.

Lots of great rooms for working in this hotel and they serve a really good hot breakfast. I like the kitchenette option in the room. I appreciate that they provide good office chairs in the work areas. Just need one in the rooms.

A lot of noisy people are here and there needs to be a quiet place for people to hold meetings. This has to include impromptu meetings. I think they do have something that can be pre-booked for a price, but that does not serve the purpose for many of us. More than meeting some people need to work all day and a quiet space. Furthermore, there should be a good usable desk with an office chair in the room. The concrete floors seem very dirty. Otherwise, this was a really good place to stay and I would book here again. They do have the typical booth room available, but there are no doors on it which does absolutely nothing for creating a quiet space.

The location is very good, is a walkable area, with many options nearby. The decoration is modern. And the staff I give them 10/10. Another great thing was the breakfast. The room was confortable with 3 rooms.I recommend this place.

A. I did not liked was that the room didn't had Air-conditioned, but it was fresh. (I believe some rooms have A/C, make sure to ask before selecting the room) l.In December the weather is great. We did not needed the A/C.B. It has a rule that you cannot bring guests after 10pm . (Besides from that, is a very good place to stay.)

The complimentary breakfast was done daily in lobby area, which was great. Location to all La 70 is walking distance.

It's a fresh concept and I liked the design and video games. The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly.

There is no hot water in the shower sometimes, so I had to take a COLD shower in the morning.

Breakfast was very good. The room was small but adequate. It has a very interesting Murphy bed that, when folded up, turned into a couch. For the cost the place was fine.

Nearby everything you need, coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. the Room is small but comfortable, lots of places to put your stuff. It had a small kitchen and a big refrigerator. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The breakfast is simple and it can be a little better, but the juices were always good. Really thin pillows but I asked for an extra one and they bring it to the room.

There's no air conditioner so you have to sleep with the window open, since is a main road its always noisy, but the sun doesn't enter directly and the climate in Medellin it's not too hot. The room I was given was on the lower level so the person at the desk told me if I wanted to change it to an upper level that wasnt that close to the street. The TV doesn't have anything to watch, you have to log in in any subscription you have but they usually don't work if you are no a local.

Amazing location for all I wanted to do. Loved the views, from the room, and the terrace. Breakfast was convenient. Easy to meet fellow travelers if you're traveling alone

Beautiful but very noisy, you can hear cars all day from the room and and it is not possible to close the windows since there is not ac. Medellin can get very hot!

Nice vibe in the hotel. Most of the staff spoke English. Good breakfast buffet with different options for the eggs. Modern and clean interior in the room and the common areas. Great view overlooking the football field and the mountains in the background.

The room didn't have A/C and got very hot when we didn't have the window and/or the hotel room door open. The window faced a busy road and wasn't very sound-proofed. The bed lights was on the side and in front of the bed, and weren't really useful for reading.
