- We had stayed at this location earlier in our Colombia trip and had no issues so we booked a second time for the last two nights in our trip. The location is quiet and safe and the security guards do a good job making sure everyone coming in is a guest.
- Although we didn't get to take advantage of the amenities, this hotel had a cafe, gym, and workspace for their clients. Everything was clean and quiet and you could tell that security took their responsibilities seriously and your safety was a priority.

- We had zero towels the first night and did not have access to wifi. Since these rooms are managed by Housy Host, there aren't actual staff on-site. We did not realize we had no towels until that night and could not reach anyone until the next day.
- Some rooms did not have air conditioning and you really have to read the description of the room. There was a fan in our room so the room wasn't too bad at night with the fan on but during the day, it got pretty stuffy even with the windows open.
- Had to pay extra to clean room Gym needs new metal weights and better cable machines
