Pros +
- front desk personnel very helpful and professional. Location is idea; close to restaurants, stores, tranportation, sports venue... Although, I had no need for kitchen, it's very practical for those guests that do cook.
Cons -
- WI-Fi connectivity is poor on the fifth floor. I was told it would be fixed but five days later it still was not fixed.
