Location to the stadium

Single pane windows, hotel is above busy street with bars and discotheque. Conversation, music, and street noise can be heard in the room until at least 4:00 am. Not a place to get good rest

Staff is friendly and efficient.

THE NOISE outside , it comes from everywhere specially on weekends and more on game days due to the fact that hotel is right across Soccer Stadium.Full of people in the surroundings , vendors, alcohol being consumed widely open , etc.I am just describing scenario , not critizising or judging. That's is part of the reality and the whole picture is even part the country's culture .Just adding facts to help others when making decisions about places to stay.

Staff was helpful

The noise was unbearable. There was music coming from the street until 2 am. It’s right next to the stadium, had to listen to a soccer match at night.

I will never stay again there. This is a place for people with very low budget and just to try to sleep and take shower

It is close to the stadium. Whenever there is a match is is very noisy. One night I didn’t have hot water and there was coakroach too. Matras and pillows covered by plastic under the sheets. Not spaceful. No lobby, just 2 small chairs. Breakfast is from 7-9 and housekeeping comes around 9 am too. There is a chance you finish breakfast and find them you in the room. They clean rooms from 9-11 am. The beds are not comfortable and because of the plastic the sheet got loose easily. Not pleasant feeling sleeping on plastic. Housekeeping and kitchen personal were not client-friendly.

They didn’t have a well run bag storage, you just put the baggages in a place that doesn’t have security and anybody can have access to it.

My experience at this hotel was truly unpleasant. They scammed me and charged me twice. They told me I hadn’t paid, so I had to pay twice, and now that I’m trying to resolve the issue, they are not responding.

The girl at the entrance was very rude; she kept making faces at us as we came in.

Clean and well located.

Guest are not allowed in the room, even for just a couple of minutes. Unless you pay 80,000 pesos (22 dollars). I was only advised after I made the payment.

Clean rooms and bathrooms

Paid for a double bed/ room and was given a single bed. Felt like a bait and switch

The cleanness and attention from the hotel stuff.

The bathroom toilet had an issue with the water pouring every time it was flushed, but the main issue the noise from other rooms.

Close to everything. Great location. Clean. Safe

There is a bar downstairs. So they play music till about 3 in the morning.

Room was big enough

Location is terrible! If you want a quiet and peaceful night this is NOT the place. The hotel is in the on top of a bar. This makes your nights painful, you can't even watch a movie if you can sleep with noise, you will probably be OKAlso the hotel has some stupid rules such as: you can't bring alcohol to your room or you will have to pay a fee. Breakfast is until 9am after that, they charge you. You can't bring someone else, even if you pay for 2 people, they will charge you extra

The hotel is great, in front of the stadium, breakfast on ther 8th floor terrasse, cleaned everyday, employees are nice.

There is 2 restaurants in the dtreets below, fighting together to provide the loudest music. It ends with 60-70 db inside the flats 2 days a week... the hot water worked 5 mins out of 10 in my room

I ilke my room very much and would like to have the sama room back when I retirn to Medellin???

The music next can be lower after 11o'clock especially on a suday night. And thevhot water was simetimes too hot to control and sometimes no hot water, the bathing room floor is very slippery, dangerous. Hope you understand.

Place was nice

The smell from elevator was horrible I found 2 roaches in bathroom and there were 2 days of no hot water

Should repair room, some things are damaged in bathroom and they did not give a adequate solution to problem with the TV RC. This place is too noisi

The breakfast was very good all throughout. There is a changing menu. Kitchen staff were very kind and patient. Our room didn't have windows and the noise was minimal. Washrooms are modern and clean. Toilets can be clunky to flush.

Beautiful, modern, clean, sweet staff, delicious breakfast.

Little noisy at night but if you bring ear plugs you’ll be just fine.
