    Pros +

    • Service was awesome
    • Helpful staff. Roomy. Location
    • Is a very cozy hotel that is close to a main street. That being said, don't expect it to be silenced since there are bars along the street. Great for travelers who are looking for a good place where they can sleep after a long day of walking or visiting touristic sites. Does not have entertainment within the hotel. There are bars on the first floor where you can walk, grab some drinks, and walk back safely. Don't forget to have CASH since services such as laundry will have to be paid in cash and per item as well as in most of the bars. The staff is very nice and helpful, I personally had a great experience in the hotel. I will definitely book it again if I travel solo.PS: ALWAYS ASK IF THE PLACE YOU ARE HAVING DINNER OR HAVING DRINKS ACCEPT CREDITS CARDS BEFORE CONSUMING AND WHAT IS THE MINIMUM.!!!

    Cons -

    • Restroom need to be remodel and mattress too hard. But for a quick stay is awesome. I will stay again.
    • There are not enough power outlets, I wished they would accept Credit Cards for some purchases.
    • The noise from the street was extremely loud. The hotel is situated in the middle of the street where several bars are and it felt like my bed was standing next to a club/bar. Couldn’t sleep and even without earplugs it was too loud.

After a couple nights of bad sleep due to the activities from la 70, the staff was accommodating and upgraded me to a room away from the noise and with air conditioning, no extra charge. They were super friendly, breakfast included, centrally located to all the action, and a beautiful terrace on the top floor.

It’s so centrally located to la 70 it’s pretty loud. Plus construction going on across the street. Depends on which room you book.

The location, near to metro, disco every single night, near to grocery store, exchange place $$, now they have a Mexican restaurant next door

    Not sure

The location of the property was very centric, the staff was nice.

The bathroom space was so small you couldn’t sit down and unwind properly. The beds were too damn hard that it made it difficult to properly rest and there hardly was any hot water available in the shower.

Just the staff...they were very friendly

The 11 days as guests, we only received 5 days of hot water in the shower......the beds are very short for tall people, like me...........the noise of music The establishments next to the hotel do not allow you to sleep....the music and the scandal last until 4 A.M..........I do not recommend this hotel to tourists...I will not return

Location is perfect right off LA 70

Water wasn’t hot and the water stopped working on me until I told staff and they turned it back on

    7CarlosPosted on: 10-16-2023

The location is close to many stablishment and bars

Noise was difficult to handle for some nights. There's not a specific law against loud music from the bars, and they can go until 4 a.m.

the breakfasts was a blast. Amazing view.

Abanico en lugar de aire acondicionado. Hay un hueco en el cabezal de la cama que no me dejo dormir la primera noche.

    6ozunaPosted on: 9-18-2023

It has good location for people who like hanging out

The breakfast was the same everyday, sometimes it was cold, and very early.

Stuff was helpful. When we realized Balcones de la 70 is a party location, we asked to give us another hotel. They gave us Casa Blanca which was in a quiet area. When we left Casa Blanca for good, they agreed to keep our baby stroller at a luggage room for a few days.

At Casa Blanca we got a room at the second floor with a balcony over the patio of the first floor. First night there was a gathering at the patio, until the middle of the night they were really loud. Not possible to sleep. Then, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Worst I've ever tried. My partner was even trying to sleep on the floor on a blanket. After we complained, they offered another room with strong smell of mold. We couldn't stay in such conditions, especially with a 5 months old baby, so we gave up the last two nights.

I have stayed here in the past nice people close to La 70 very safe and walkable

    7KevyKevPosted on: 5-3-2023

The maids constantly mopping the floor really slippery the maids leave their buckets and broons and mops on the stairs very dangerous I mean it's just a disorganized system

    see above

Valery very kind and helpful front desk

breakfast was free but terrible the people cooking hate themselves

    10EPosted on: 4-19-2023

The breakfast was fine and the facilities were good, staff was helpful and available at all times to accommodate your needs and might give you recommendations to improve your stay

If you're young or a person ready to party overnight everyday, this is a magnificent location due to It was very close to all discotheques of the city, and all sorts of beats and music will keep you up all night. However, in order to sleep was a bit challenging
