Breakfast and location Staff so friendly

Location is incredible, very nice and quiet area with lots of food options and shopping available

The bed was very uncomfortable, too firm, they don't use comforters for the bed. So it gets a little cold at night.

all the questions above except not on the main road, breakfast and a little buffet for dinner encluded I stay about ever other month to medellin and I stay at a lot of hotels and I have stayed many times in Estelar Blue Hotel in the last ten years.

Clean, quiet, convenient, great breakfast at no charge, gym needs to be updated, and friendly.

Gym needs updating. Taxi drivers, some are great, some are incompetent.

It would be great to have a bigger area for breakfast time.

The lone for breakfast was to long and sometimes there was not food ready for the people that was waiting in line.

Good location. The first room I stayed at the TV was not working, bathroom tiles broken, drawers to place clothes broken. Bathroom smell bad (pee smell).

Location is perfect, we took morning walks every day, it is a calm area close to everything we wanted to visit.

I didn’t like it doesn’t have social spaces where you can eat or drink things you brought from other stores. We stayed 5 nights so many times we had leftovers.

Perfect location. Great staff, welcome cocktail, great breakfast, lots of parking.

The hotel should put more hooks in the bathroom so guests can hang the towels instead of having them changed everyday. In a 3 night stay , the hotel should provide more shower caps .

the only thing i didn’t liked was that the gym was tiny

The Hotel is on a quiet street but relatively within walking distance or a short cab ride away from most of the Hotspots in El Poblado. The suite was comfortable and with decent amount of space.

Breakfast was average and not a lot of options. One of the mornings I was there eggs were cold.

Excellent Service from the day shift hotel staff and everyone was amazing

The tall man that helped us out on the early morning of Saturday the 1st around 5:30am was extremely rude we were coming from a long trip and he was not helpful and he mean mugged us at any chance, we were very polite and said hello at multiple times and he just ignored us

The service, from the dining room, to the front desk, was excellent.

The wifi system was a problem. It made checking in,,, slow. It was also very slow in the room. There was not enough hot water for a shower.

Location, cleanliness, hospitality and breakfast included. Elevators were fast and never crowded.

Lobby too small and sometimes there was nobody at the bar and had to wait a long time.

Rooms are spacious and Value for Money.

Breakfast needs to improve.

The breakfast was fabulous. The room very clean. The location was very nice and quiet.Prime location near Santa Fe mall. The front desk very helpful.

Air conditioning wasn’t the best
