Hotel Estelar Milla De Oro

Location , everyone is nice

Food dint like it ? , and the room was not clean well but I dint complain was only one night .

I love the location of this hotel, how clean it was, and the abundance of higher end, shopping and dining options, all within steps of the hotel.

The Internet is painfully slow in the rooms at only 8 Mb per second. The fitness center is lacking any imagination.

The hotel is beautiful. It caters to international tourists. The staff is truly welcoming and polite. The rooms are huge and very modern. Definitely equal to the Marriott hotel next block, only way more affordable. I can't wait to stay at this hotel

Very clean, in a beautiful and quiet area. The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were very kind and helpful. Beautiful hotel. Felt very safe.

Front office staff was a little rude and weren¿t very patient in helping those who aren¿t as fluent in Spanish. Some ignored us when we asked for help and some gave us attitude and told us the next person would help us.

Prime location, walking distance to shopping, nightclubs and dinning

Really clean linens.

no pool

Location.

The staff was friendly and location was in walking distance to plenty of activities in the city

Great service wonderful staff

I expected breakfast to be included in the promotion. However it was not included

The pillows were very comfortable.

No wash cloths or coffee maker were provided. Service at the hotel restaurants was poor. The quality of the food was inconsistent and sometimes poor. Use of the jacuzzi required a reservation and hours were very limited, but most of the time we were at the hotel, no one actually used it. It felt inaccessible. I ordered decaffeinated cappucinos at breakfast. During 2 out of 5 mornings, I was able to purchase this drink, but on the other 3 out of 5 mornings, I was told this was impossible. There were no herbal tea options either, so for most of my stay, I was unable to get a decaffeinated hot beverage at the hotel.

Location is great, very close to several malls and walkable distance to restaurants. Breakfast is good, with plenty of options and they open at 6 am, perfect for business travelers. The hotel is a bit dated, but very comfortable (large rooms) and clean.

Comfortable bed. Clean. Good location

You couldn’t pay the staff enough to crack a smile. They definitely have no customer service experience

I would like to say a big thank for Diego, very professional he helped me to change my room. Very efficient

Excellent location—within walking distance to several shopping centers and great restaurants. The breakfast offers a good variety and was enjoyable each morning. We also loved the in-room amenities, which added to the comfort of our stay.A special touch we really appreciated: the manager sent us something thoughtful each day, which made us feel truly welcome. Wonderful attention to detail!

Not a major issue, but worth mentioning—the room furniture is a bit dated. That said, the rooms are extremely comfortable. Also, some showers have curtains instead of enclosed cabins, which may be a consideration for some guests.

Perfect location, good breakfast and the staff is always willing to help you.

This property is such a great deal! The breakfast is delicious, and the beds are super comfy. It's in a fantastic location, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. You’ll feel right at home!

Everything was as expected!

The stay was wonderful. Veronica made the welcome special with great humanity and professionalism—someone like her truly deserves a promotion. Hansel and Cristian were also impeccable, providing world-class service. The kitchen and its team go above and beyond to satisfy every guest’s palate, using only fresh, top-quality ingredients—I personally witnessed their logistics at dawn and can confirm that quality truly makes a difference. This is my second time at this hotel, a true home away from home, and it certainly won’t be my last! I highly recommend it for both family trips and intercontinental business travel.

Large room. Great breakfast buffet. Centrally located in safe neighborhood.

Nice hotel, big clean rooms, good breakfast

Staff at reception were inattentive and slow to reply to queries. Main problem was that we booked the hotel solely because of the hot tub on the roof terrace and when we arrived the hot tub had no water in. Upon enquiring nobody could tell us when they would be refilled. Disappointed for the money.
