Loft 32 Medellín Living

La amabilidad y empata de los recepcionistas

Everything was great. There was no hot water however but they fixed it after the first day. It was super noisy though throughout the stay.

It was a bit noisy throughout the stay so not sound proof.

Very nice accommodation, very fair value for money and extremely nice personnel at reception and cleaning team

the walls are relatively thin and hence it was a bit noisy, but not terrible at all.

Staff is nice and the room is big and comfortable

Good location

Cleaning may me ok for a day or two. I stayed 2 weeks and the cleaning was very poorly maintained.

The cleanliness of the property and the Staff is excellent.

Sorry, Loft 32 has no air conditioning only a small fan in the room and at night it gets hot.

The warm and friendliness from the staff

there was no dislike at the location, this is my 9th visit at that location and that hotel. It is very convenient the location very quiet full of nature and the birds come by and visit in the morning.

The place was clean, the staff were great, helpful and the location very nice and quiet.

Lovely location, spacious rooms, fantastic and really friendly staff.

An absolute gem in a beautiful safe location, the room is huge and the bathroom is lovely. Annie was the most amazing lady I’ve encountered in a hotel and made the check in and our stay even better. I can’t recommend this hotel enough

This has been my 9th trip to your hotel, the neighborhood is beautiful, the place is excellent that is why I'm always staying at your hotel very convenient neighborhood restaurants and other things, I love to experience, The staff is wonderful, and helpful kind and considerate,

Clean, modern, quite and great value

I had an amazing stay at. Everything was well-organized, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The service was outstanding, with great attention to detail, making the experience truly enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel welcome and relaxed. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

Good locationGood staffGreat internet Huge roomsWhen you get there, you have to walk to the second floor of a building were the reception is located.

The property is really nice really clean really nice and kind people and I really enjoy my stay there.

The people that run it that it’s clean and close to a lot of good places

Staff is very kind and the property is as it looks in the photos.

You have to collect all of your deliveries at the front entrance.

Very good hotel, affordable, with all the essentials. I feel super comfortable like at home. Photo hits my expectations. There are near coffee shops and supermarket. Very useful. So I highly recommend it!

Clean, quiet, fridge and lovely staff. Very cosy bed.

In my bathroom was the ceiling above the shower a bit broken what was not a big deal but didn’t look nice. An air conditioning is really missing in the rooms. There is a fan. But it’s still a bit warm. Still the best place and value in whole Medellin for me.

I liked the hotel location because it is near a shopping mall called Unicentro. The staff was friendly and the price was good too.

It was very warm inside the room. Eventhoug the bedroom has a huge window the part that only opens is a little part or that window.

The location was good. The room was clean.

The lock on the door was broken. It was difficult to open or close properly. No air conditioning.
