It was so clean and quiet. Also the proximity to the Santafe mall.

In General is very good location, is just cross 3 street you fibde a beautiful Santa fe mall, and also a mile far can find other Oviedo mall too. the staf is very nice

The daily breakfast buffet, helpful staff, and quiet rooms with beds that made it feel like sleeping on a cloud made my first trip to Medellin, a trip worth remembering.

The Wi-Fi connection was slow and unstable in the room and The pool water was too cold; it could be better regulated.

location is great and right across Santa Fe Mall which was very convenient if you need anything, in house restaurant was reasonably priced with some variety, breakfast was not the best but acceptable

Staff repeatedly ignored our request to check and fix the AC which wasn't working. They refused to change our room even though we said it was too hot/warm and we couldn't sleep. It was a really horrible experience. They also didn't refill the basic amenities after having the room cleaned once during our stay.

I loved the breakfast and the bed allot!Super delicious breakfast, every day they made changes or added something different and always very yummy! The bed was super soft and cozy! The view of our room was amazing!

I didn't like that I had to pay the full price of our stay while the pool and bar were under construction therefore not available to us and the kids who were the most excited about going into the pool.

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel. The hotel is very modern and the surroundings is safe, and walking distance (2minutes) from shopping mall Santa Fe. The Breakfast is super good and the rooftop pool is super nice to relax. The rooms are very new, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is also a few minutes taxi drive from Provenza area.

The gym this time was a bit of a disappointment. For some reason, most of the equipment were removed and the only things left were a few dumbbells, one bike, one treadmill, and one weights machine. The gym was better in the past

Location super nearby Santa Fe Mall, few minutes walking. Breakfast was good, variations in juices and fruits everyday. Staff super kind and helpful. There was one girl that was rude during breakfast, but all the others made up for that. I wanted to stay at a higher floor, but our view was great, the mountains and misty mornings. The beds were comfortable.

As you see above, the cranky breakfast lady, but just one! The other ones were kind and helpful. The toilet was clogged a few times, so it was not us, something was wrong with it. The bathroom wasn't cleaned good enough. They did check the lotion / shampoo / showergel and conditioner, so we had empty bottles a few times! Sometimes during cleanup they moved the bin and some other stuff, what was annoying cause we had to move it back. It was noisy some mornings because of work they did, but it was awfully early in the morning. The doors from other rooms really slam hard, so that it also annoying when you are trying to sleep in the evening or ealry in the morning. The shower cabine has errors I think, you cannot open the door and turn on the faucet because than you will get wet. So you have to go inside the cabine, than open the faucets. I was with my 5yo so it it dangerous to let her turn on the faucet, because while turning on the faucet you have to choose the temperature. Super dangerous and not smart at all.

Lobby is nice

The rooms are pretty ugly and small for the price you’re paying. Very much like a cheap best western. The AC didn’t work. There’s no hair dryer, there were roaches in the room. Parking situation was terrible. The restaurant had some of the worst food and drinks in the city.

Location is great and I highlight the kindness of the staff. They were always willing to serve.

AC didn't work as expected. I couldn't make the room get cold, even at the lowest temperature. I struggled to sleep because of this.

Staff was amazingly friendly and willing to help. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet, even though the hotel is right next to a busy street. Room service options were good, breakfast buffet was quite good as well.

The heated pool was not as warm as expected. Still pretty comfortable considering the temperature in poblado. This is a personal preference though.

we stayed for 4 days and for 3 days we never had hot water, I called the front desk and they sent someone up to look at the issue and said they will fix it, next morning same problem, no hot water , just room temp, the person who came the 2nd time said that is good temp and the water will not be hotter than this, then I asked for a room change , was told, they are all sold out, but they will look at the problem and will have it fixed, next morning I see the manager and expressed to him that we just came from Salento and we stayed in a small hotel and we had no issues with hot water, why a hotel this big has no hot water for past 3 days of my stay. He assured me they will fix it , it was fixed on the morning we were checking out .

I loved the breakfast, specially the pancakes and the variety of fruit. The room is comfy and clean. I forgot my hardryer and they bring me one.

I will not have lunch in the restaurant again, even though the breakfast is excellent the lunch is not that much.

The breakfast was amazing. More food choices than i imagined. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife was more comfortable than I have seen her in a long time and that was worth every penny.

The pool and bar area was small but comfortable and fun to be around. The beds were soft and the blankets were heavy enough. To stay in such a hotel for the price was nice. I would definitely return for a longer stay.
