Hotel Oca Insua Costa da Morte

A good hotel in Cee, not far from the beach area. There is a restaurant connected or a short walk to the main part of Cee with more eating places and a supermercardo. The room was very comfortable with a great bed and good hot shower. TV worked well. It has a small bar fridge for our supermarket items. We had a room facing the main road with a small balcony which we took advantage of keeping the balcony door open for fresh air. I became very ill during the night and the receptionist arranged for us to stay an extra night. Receptionist was very accommodating and spoke English, which really helped our situation. For the ease of access and being able to arrange an extra night (cheaper than the booking com price!) we were most grateful and would stay here again. Stayed Sept/Oct 2025

Bathroom window was a bit weird and couldnt open it fully. But overall the room was perfect.

Lift was a little slow

Easy check-in, they took care of the luggage (we were on the Camino), the restaurant next-door was fantastic and convenient and the checkout personnel were awesome. We would recommend this hotel and stay again.

Before arrival was a bit concerned regarding the parking, but actually there was no problem at all to find a place by or near the hotel

The water in the Cee beach is not suitable to bath, so you need to go to other beaches if you want to bath in the Ocean

Central location with easy access to the Camino. Very comfortable stay. Great to have the restaurant on site for meals

Inexpensive, quiet and clean.

Lovely place, well located. Exactly on the connection to the next stage of the Camino. The owner, a lovely lady. Kind and warm, runs the place with her husband. They have little dominance of foreign languages but do their best to cone your way.

This is a terrific, modern, well-appointed hotel close to the Camino de Santiago—the rooms were spacious enough for two of us, and the beds were super comfortable. The hotel also has a nice restaurant downstairs.

It's in a fantastic location, close to the beach (North Atlantic, which we swam in), and with all the comforts and hospitality that the Spanish are legendary for.

It was lovely and clean with a nice restaurant. Had an elevator to help move luggage. Transport company was able to drop our bags here.
