Los Acebos Arriondas

Our souvenirs worth hundreds of euros were stolen by the hotel staff.On trying to follow up with the staff, there was little help although it was possible to have recovered the bag with all the items.Please question the person who cleaned up our room. She has our bag and we still hope to recover the items.

The room was very clean and had a nice view of the mountains.

The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on in the other rooms (conversations, laughter etc).

I could hear everything from the room next door. Very thin walls.

It is in a fair distance from the places to do the "descenso del Sella" and it has extra space for parking at the back. Also, the outside is very quiet.

* Dirty: there was dust in our room and we had to clean it when we arrived!* Staff didn't care about kids playing at 23:00 in the corridors!* The hair dryer is ridiculous, do not bother using that.The shower was broken and filthy! * Breakfast is probably the worst thing I have ever seen.* The air conditioning was either on or off.

Breakfast not served before 08.00. Lots of people talking and laughing until midnight outside hotel doors which were below our room. on 3rd floor. They did have 4 coachloads of touring pensioners so that amount of chatter might have been unusual.

Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff... we arrived very early and they allowed us to check in as the room was ready. It had an AC as well, which was very good in the summer heat. Good sized room, with a bathroom separated from it by a second door.

the property location is perfect and very easy to reach

the thing which is extremely bad is isolation.you can hear the other rooms from very far.

The hotel is very nice, parking was packed but it waseasy to park next to the hotel. The location is perfect if you are doing the “descensodel sella”.

The breakfast is too basic, It may seem that 7 euros is a fair price, but that's the same we paid for at a pretty decent four stars hotel in the nearest capital. The noise in the room was unbearable: virtually anything going on in the corridors and surroinding rooms could be heard. Also, the hotel specializes in big groups. During the time we spent there there were three of them at the same time!!! (four coaches in total) Unfortunately they were the noisiest of people, shouting in the corridors, making breakfast time unbearable, standing by the entrance door until late at night, even after midnight, which made sleeping quite impossible. I know it was extremely bad luck, but the stuff didn't even told them to be more quiet. So if you don't want to risk being in the same situation, avoid this hotel.

The amenities are good, had A/C and minibar fridge.

The rooms have bad sound insolation and we had bad luck with the “wall-to-wall” neighbors

The room was on the last floor, in an attic, and you can not really use or stand in half of the room because of the ceiling inclination.The airco machine was quite noisy and if you want to open the skylight for some air instead, then you need to open the blinds,.This is not so not very nice in the morning when the sun comes up.Luckily we only stayed one night, but we could not really rest.The furniture was quite old-fashioned and the bed not comfortable.It does not worth 100 eu per night for sure.

One bed was very small and weak.

We liked everything. It was the perfect overnight stay.

The bed was so comfortable that we had the best night sleep we have had in a long time.
