Location. Staff was wonderful.

No kettle or coffee in room, just one chair and no place to sit or relax.

Room was spotless and very good sized especially for the price I paid. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and a bidet. Room was full of great colors and nice decorative touches. Location next to the Roman bridge and super short walk to town.

Parking is an issue. My Suburu Outback was too large a vehicle to park in their garage. Had to walk about 100 meters to a place to park.

Location is excellent and the place is sparking clean. Staff was helpful.

Guest WiFi was not very good. Breakfast was pretty expensive for what it was.

Great hotel in an excellent location on the edge of town with easy access to all the sights and private underground parking. Good breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Located at he end of the main street so in easy walking distance of everything. Car parking a bit hit & miss but got sorted in the end.

Breakfast not included. Only 4 cramped free parking spaces. Noisy due to being next to busy main road and taxis picking up people in the early hours.

The room was absolutely superb. Always cleaned wonderfully. The staff were excellent.

Unfortunately breakfast was quite poor and expensive compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Also surprised we had to pay for parking a motorbike when there were always lots of spaces free in the garage.

Fantastic location. Lovely room and facilities. Staff were excellent. Great experience. Will return.

Nothing to dislike

Fantastic position. Very close to the historic bridge & a very good selections of restaurants close by.

The room was spacious and even had a little terrace attached if we had wanted to sit outside. Although on the edge of the centre it was quiet and we slept well. The breakfast was a standard continental-style breakfast with bread/toast, jam, cheese and ham, fruit and various cakes. The reception staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. All in all a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The garage has a number of pillars in it, making it difficult to manoeuvre a vehicle. There is nothing the hotel can do about this as the pillars are structural. The owners have tried to protect cars by wrapping the pillars in foam so a car isn’t scratched. I stood outside the car and directed the driver’s movements and we managed all right but a driver alone would have more difficulty. For this reason, I would advise anyone with a large car to consider parking somewhere else. I’m sure the staff would suggest where.

There was nothing not to like

We took a suite as we knew we would be tired after our journey and want to spend time relaxing. It was very spacious with a small private patio where we could sit out if we wanted to. The bathroom was super clean. The hotel itself was centrally located but not noisy: we could walk to wherever we wished. The breakfast was good with delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were friendly and helpful. We plan to stay again on our return trip.
