Shower was not great.
Location in the town, Helpful staff on reception and doing breakfast. Really good people.
Nothing really.
It was a stately hotel and very clean and comfortable--also very quiet. The bathroom was big and had a tub.
No complaints.
Stayed in the old part of this property. Absolutely gorgeous historic Indianas building and a thrill to stay there. Lovely quiet room with beautiful quality linen and towels. A pleasure on the Camino!
We had rooms in the old building ( The palace). It was a lovely place to stay we were able to explore and use the lounges as we wanted . It was good fun exploring the building. There's plenty of parking just outside.
I didn't like having to be served breakfast. You had to ask for everything - two pieces of melon, an egg etc... Maybe its been like this since covid. Its time to change back to self service!
Location
No hot water in our room! They promised to send the maintenance crew but no one showed up! We showered with the cold water and still paid a full price!!
Lovely old villa reconverted into a nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and charming, beds area pretty comfortable! Would recommend.
I got a nice clean and spacious room. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was maybe a bit outdated but all worked well and was very clean. Nice breakfast buffet
Nothing to complain
Location, cleanliness, historic building
Shower didn’t work, very dated
Beautiful building that was furnished in the style of its age. All public rooms available to explore and use. Loxated by river walk. Buffet breakfast extra but good value.
No adverse comments
The location was fine, we stayed in the palace. The breakfast was adequate.
The palace looks amazing, but unfortunately it ends there. The rooms are very spacious and clean, but lacking I sound insulation. You can here the constant traffic noise and the neighbours.
Clean, spacious and quiet rooms.Comfy beds.Very good breakfastVery close to Navia city centre.
The Palacio is in another world but has some real charm. Great location with some good restaurants nearby.
Navia has seen better days and sadly many fine buildings are standing relics of years past.
Gorgeous property and very relaxing. Everything was very clean, the staff were extremely kind and we had everything we needed. It is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay.
Location
Luck of air conditioning and or fan. North of Spain is very humid. Any place without this kind of facility is uncomfortable no matter what good the place is. Humidity here is around de 80% every single day.
Beautiful old hotel with excellent rooms - ours had sitting room along with bathroom and bedroom. Lovely gardens.
The restaurant- open only for breakfast was like a venue for weddings.
we had a very roomy and comfortable suite in the historic Indiano home. The public rooms and balcony were open and super pleasant to wander through. The location is great and Navia is a vibrant somewhat off the beaten path town nestled into a cliff. Lovely waterfront, nice park, good food. Front desk staff are very helpful and capable.
No concerns.
Our host, Pepe, made us warmly welcome. We arrived a lot earlier than the offered check-in time, but were quickly accommodated, and provided with a drink on the house and a good guide to the town. Room was large, very comfortable, and very quiet. Pepe kindly offered an after dinner liqueur to go with dinner on the terrace. Wonderful night!
