Great hotel, room very comfortable. Excellent location for camino.

Staff were very helpful.all of them. Good Spa with steam/sauna. Parking good

could not get hot water in the bath/only sink and shower. Bed to close to wall, so constantly banging my legs. A/C and heating inoperable.

Clean, good facilities and disco in the basement.

Quite old fashioned, super expensive for what they offer, staff not really helpful and lack of it. Far from the town.

Room is clean and Nice

Booked a more expensive hotel for the spa but the spa is not included and you have to pay. Considering this and the location of the hotel, the room is very expensive.

Liked the room and the peace and quiet.

Poor service at the restaurant. I had to go to the bar to get served. No waiter came to my table after sitting down for a while. However I must say that the staff at reception were the nicest and most accommodating. Very pleased with the welcome I received.

Good facilities and great staff.

My wife came down with gastroenteritis on our last day and was quite poorly. Myself and my son then contracted it. The hotel was the only place we ate on our 4 day visit and it seems likely it was contracted from either the breakfast of dinner buffet.

Comfy bed

Access to the spa is not included in the room rate. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because I assumed the spa would be available for guests to use freely (especially given the hotel's name!). However, they charged 20 euros per hour which was not what I expected, and I believe it should be made clearer on the booking page.Overall, I found that the staff could benefit from improving their customer service skills.

Very comfortable beds. Clean room. Food was good in the restaurant and then breakfast buffet was great. Pool was a good size. Staff were really nice. They let us store our bicycles in a staff room area. AC was good. We had a terrace room in the new section of hotel ... terrace was pleasant.

Location a bit on today edge of town but you can walk to town along the quiet camino route in about 15 mins

Great quiet location above Navia. Fabulous room with balcony and bathroom. Excellent breakfast, with everything you could wish for. Beautiful grounds.

The room I was assigned was extremely dated against the balance of hotel, the bathroom whilst being kept very clean showed signs of extreme damage on the woodwork especially the door...

Well located within walking distance of Navia. Room was spacious and quiet. Great shower. Staff were all very helpful.

Everything was highly substandard.Uncomfortable bed, very low, thread count sheets, dated bathroom, very poor bathroom facilities, very mediocre cafe, poor breakfast with horrible ambience.

Great location (on the Camino road), staff are great, restaurant has great food, and spa was great.

Need to walk 20 minutes to get to centre town for groceries.

Our room was luxurious and the modern bathroom had a fantastic showe

Our son had a room in the old part and it was like a different hotel. Make sure you get a new room with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms

Spacious rooms, nice swimming pool, clean, and great facilities.

Lovely room with balcony, comfortable bed and great shower. Staff were very friendly and happy to speak English. The adjacent restaurant was excellent, we both had the gastronomic menu and, apart from my veal main being a little over salted it was one of the best meals I've had in a good while. Decent breakfast as well. Cannot comment on the pool/spa facilities as only there for one night and didn't use them.

The location is a little odd being on an industrial estate in the middle of nowhere!

The staff were amazing for the most part. Food was average but filled the void. The decor was nice and cozy and they had a snooker room. Coffee was unbelievable. Florin was like our own personal angel.

Constantly battling flies and mosquitoes from our food and in our bedroom. Not many veg options or chicken, mostly sea food.
