The place is fabulous, I was not really expecting it to be so great. Clean, spacious, great staff, great breakfast. What can I say, it looked and was so nice I wasn't sure I had the right address. I'll definitely be back.

There is nothing I can say against this place. They had a great storage room, they were kind enough to let me leave the bicycle safely there.

Beautiful apartment great location. Great for the Camino walkers. Nice comfortable beds. Great shower.

Great staff, nice breakfast. They were kind enough to switch our room upon request. The first room was like a college dorm, the second room (for the same price) far smaller but in the "palace" part of the hotel and with lots of character.

We started in an apartment and it was really bare bones, sort of like a dormitory (fine, clean, etc just not very inspiring).

The lady at reception was so friendly they had the power outage in spainYet she handled it perfectly, The room was very much ok and clean

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is central, and just a couple of minutes walk from the bus stop. The room was comfortable and a good size. Access was simple, as the desk was staffed.

To begin, the staff were especially kind and helpful. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The facility is beautiful and has a lot of character. I went looking for the historical parts of Navia and then realised I was staying in them!

The room was a little stark, although it had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

I could hear everything that was happening in the other rooms, and of course I couldn't sleep properly.One of the receptionist did not speak English, and this is a must when you work in hospitality and host people from everywhere in the world. The communication was difficult.

Located in a great spot in Navia. The people that work there are great. Excellent spot for our needs, which was sleep and be involved in a local basketball tournament. We've booked here several years straight.

No air conditioning, this year wasn't so bad, but last year it was really hot, and not having AC made it a bit difficult to sleep. Especially since you need to keep the windows open, and the sounds of the local night life are filtering in.

Location is amazing, staff is helpful, really clean, good breakfasts, own parking.

The room was on the side of the window so the room was noisy. There was no AC so sleeping was a trade off between straggling with the warmth of struggling with the noise from street.

Check-in was good. Room very clean. Linen and towels were of very good quality. Had a balcony - we enjoy sitting outside. Bed was comfortable and had good nights sleep - important while walking the camino. Shower was superb. HIGHLY recommended. Would definitely stay there again!

I don’t plan to go there anytime

I think they have a poor customer service. I sent to the hotel a message requesting a waiver of the cancelation fee through Booking and direct message to the hotel. It was done days in advance, because I had an unpredictable problem and would not be able to go. It would be ok if they did not agree to waive it but the hotel did not even answer my message saying anything.

A garage to park my bicycle. Breakfast was ok, usual stuff. Rooms were good. A skylight that you could open.

One night stay as part of motorbike tour. Private car park ideal for motorbike parking. Single room was pleasant though little basic but was clean. Fair sized room and bathroom. Overall a decent place for a stopover. Gentleman receptionist was very pleasant and helpful though language was an issue as my Spanish is nil.

No tea or coffee making in the room which was expected as part of booking, apparently I needed to ask for it on arrival. Breakfast was, I think, a bit basic and was dished out to you from behind the counter, this was possibly because there was a coach tour that had arrived the night before but if it is the standard breakfast then could be improved.
